Research On The Mode Of Running A School Of Liaoning Basic Education Group

The running mode of basic education group is a new mode of running school in recent years. From the last century 90’s, along with the continuous deepening of the reform of our country’s education, all kinds of education groups are springing up and strong development, after nearly twenty years of development, has become a hot social and government departments and the majority of educational consumers. It is important to realize the optimization and integration of educational resources and form the scale effect of the school, which is the size effect of the school education, which is of great significance for the balanced development of education. But due to the group of China’s basic education mode of running a school started late, in the process of development also faces many problems, these problems if not resolved, will affect the basic education group running pattern of healthy development, based on this, the reading in the literature on the basis, the Liaoning Province Foundation Education group mode is studied in this paper by interview, in a comprehensive understanding of the mode of running a school and summary based on the running characteristics and achievements, found problems with the formation of the reasons and in order to solve these problems proposed corresponding solutions.In this paper, the main characteristics of the group of basic education in Liaoning province are the size of the group, the level of organization structure, the management of the group, the wide range of financial resources and the diversity of the group function. The achievements of the school are mainly in the brand effect, improving the quality of education, expanding the quality of education resources, and sharing and sharing all kinds of resources. The main problems lie in the management system needs to be further improved, the problem of the allocation of resources needs to be resolved, the need to strengthen the management and the characteristics of education monopoly. This paper puts forward the solution strategy mainly from three aspects:management system, function orientation, financing and so on, which covers the basic content of the problem.
