The teacher is an ordinary profession,but it has the sacred responsibility.It must have the perfect professional existence conditions if the ordinary profession wants to complete the sacred responsibility.The teacher will work actively if the professional existence condition is perfect,thus to prove the quality of teaching and the performance of teacher's professional activities further.The source of teachers' has become complicated beacause of the change of the geographical location,facilities,management and so on.Therefore,the urban-rural fringe primary school has its own particularity——the place is not a village or a city,but also like a village or a city.There are two major categories in the Urban-rural fringe primary school's teachers: The first kind of teacher is the locally grown teachers,who has the fixed teaching mode and it's difficult to change the teacher's role.The second kind of teacher comes from the colleges who have the new teaching concept and teaching method.They are the backbone of the urban-rural fringe primary school's development.However,most of the second kind of teachers and looking for other ways,due to the condition of the living learning,work environment and welfare which can not achieve the city primary school's level.The team of the urban-rural fringe primary school's teacher is unstable because of the lack of professional skills,the poor teaching environment and the low material treatment.The urban-rural fringe teachers are facing various problems during the process of adapting the city's education and life,integrating into the mainstream culture of the city.Teaching makes them have the responsibility,being a model of virtue makes them have the mission,having students all over the world makes them have the satisfaction,however,all of the sense also makes them have great mental stress.The life is saved by the material.The soul is sublimated by the spirit.The basis of the existence is eating and living with satisfaction,the security of the life is the ideality.Therefore,we should keep a watchful eye on the material and spiritual of the teacher to realize the teacher's professional existence conditions deeply,including the condition of health,the nature of work,the economic benefits,teaching conditions,life content,social status,psychological pressure,professional identity,job burnout,self-satisfaction,self-satisfaction,self development and so on.Therefore,this research will narrate and analyze three aspects including the condition of the physical and mental health,professional survival,salary and happiness,in order to search for the reason which cause the primary school teachers' professional existence condition of urban-rural fringe,and then put forward the improvement of countermeasure to their professional existence condition,hoping to make up the vacancy of the research on the teachers' professional existence condition,to provide more theoretical basis and countermeasure for the problem and the development of the teachers' education,to promote the teachers' education further developed.This paper is composed of introduction and text(five chapters).The introduction mainly from the study of origin,research issues and research significance,research m ethods,as well as possible innovations and shortcomings made a brief statement.Chapter one,theoretical starting point: literature review of related research.On th e one hand,the definition of the core concept is the primary problem to explore the oc cupational survival of primary school teachers in the urban and rural areas.This paper attempts to delimit the theoretical horizon of this research from the perspective of ont ology.On the other hand,this paper summarizes the Education in the urban and rural a reas,to establish a new starting point for this research;This paper reviews the “The stat e of teachers' professional survival”,to open up new space for this research.Chapter two,theoretical interpretation: Rational understanding of the occupational survival state of primary school teachers in the urban and rural areas.Based on the theoretical basis of philosophy,sociology and psychology,this paper analyzes the occurrence field of professional survival of primary school teachers in the urban and rural areas.This paper expounds the structure and characteristics of the occupational survival state of primary school teachers in the urban-rural fringe.Chapter three,Chapter three,research design: Presents the basic facts of the subject,research routes and methods,study the basic steps of implementation.The special and representative research objects were selected for interview survey and questionnaire survey.In order to present the present situation of primary school teachers' professional survival in the urban and rural areas,this study also carried out a questionnaire survey and comparative analysis between the teachers of urban primary schools and rural primary schools.Chapter four,the findings and the question examines: The results of the survey were collated to show the physical and mental health,professional survival,salary and happiness of primary school teachers in the urban and rural areas.Problems and attributions of primary school teachers' occupational survival in the urban and rural areas.Looking at the present state of professional survival of primary school teachers in the urban and rural areas,showing a tired personal life,lost professional identity,and the plight of people from other countries in the urban and rural areas.From the physical and mental state of teachers,the state of professional survival,salary and happiness of the three dimensions of attribution analysis.Chapter five,countermeasure construction: Countermeasures for improving the occupational survival of primary school teachers in urban and rural areas.Improving the occupational survival of primary school teachers in the urban and rural areas is the focus and final destination of this research,and is an important issue that the theorist and practitioners can not avoid.This study starts from three dimensions: life care,life consciousness and elegant survival,specifically: to guide teachers to pay attention to healthy life,create a harmonious working atmosphere with respect for teachers,create a harmonious and relaxed psychological space-time,have a mental health self-care awareness,toward life care;We will expand the knowledge reserves of teachers in the urban and rural areas,improve their professional concepts and ethics,correct their attitudes and behaviors towards students and education and teaching,improve their professional ability and quality,and move towards life consciousness.Raise salary level,promote social status,promote entry threshold,establish correct self-concept,move toward elegant survival.
