Ideological and Political Education work is our party’s economic work and other works’lifeline. Rural teachers’ Ideological and Political Education work is an important part of ourcountry’s Ideological and Political work, so, the importance of rural teachers’ Ideological andPolitical Education work of is self-evident. However, because of the enlarged gap between theurban and rural, the complicated ideology, the diversified values etc., all of these haveaggravated the rural teachers’ fluctuations in their ideological and political consciousness, andthis kind of fluctuation has brought lots of disadvantages at the Ideological and PoliticalEducation work.Many experts and scholars have done lots of theoretical researches on the theme ofChina’s rural teachers’ Ideological and Political Education, and has achieved fruitful results.But after an in-depth-analysis–researching, the author found that the systems of theseresearches are still weak; meanwhile, the concrete research that direct at the local actualsituation is less, and the researches on theories of Ideological and Political Education of ruralyoung teachers are much fewer.In order to research the problem of our country’s rural young teachers’ Ideological andPolitical Education well, this article based on the questionnaire survey of the rural youngteachers of Fengkai County Guangdong Province. This thesis stated the reasons andsignificances in the part of the introduction, and it also introduced the domestic andinternational research situations, the research ideas and methods and innovations summarily.In the first part of this paper, mainly summarized the Ideological and Political Education’stheoretical issues of China’s rural young teachers’, it provides theoretical foundation for thedeep research of this thesis; and in this part, also mainly elaborated the characteristics andimportance of China’s rural young teachers’ Ideological and Political Education. In the secondand third parts, respectively and deeply analyzed the existing dilemmas, causes and thecountermeasures that how to strenghten the Ideological and Political Education work of ruralyoung teachers’. In the conclusion part, it summarized simply but necessarily on the basis ofthe preceding parts of this article, and also pointed out the deficiencies of this paper.
