Rope skipping movement since 2004 is listed as national middle school students' physique monitoring standard test project, an examination in primary and secondary schools has increased the rope skipping. Rope skipping can promote the mentally disabled children's bones, muscles, joints, ligaments and other growth; Exercise mentally retarded children's rapid response ability, time and space perception, judgment. Improve the coordination of actions promote the development of brain function, development intelligence development thinking and improve imagination, cultivate the spirit of teamwork, enhance children's self-confidence to form the good habit of exercising. Some schools have carried out the rope skipping classes of Chengdu, is to develop the best beach of Chengdu primary school, make sunshine vitality of the campus.
