As one of the sub-element of the human superior cognitive executive functions, suppression function is intimately related to the daily life of college students. Thus, how to scientifically enhance suppression function becomes extremely important. Aerobic exercise somehow can enhance suppression function and comparing to the intensive and weak aerobic exercise, those of medium intensity have the best influence on the suppression function, so the medium-intensive aerobic exercise can better stimulate suppression function to improve executive function. The aim of the research: to find out whether the aerobic exercise intervened by music is actively influential to the ability for the cognition to control reactive suppression of the sub-element and to provide the theoretical foundations for the design of scientific, reasonable exercise prescription. Experimental subjects:30 males whose average age is 20.1 are randomly chosen from the arts department of the Chengdu sports university(school of journalism, school of economy administration, school of foreign languages and school of medicine) and their IPAQ(required by short questionnaire)metabolism equivalent is no more than 600 METs. We randomly divide them in two groups(experimental group and control group).Experiment method: first, we perform a pre-experiment text on both groups(the base test),after which we turn on the music intervene in the whole 30-minute aerobic exercise process of the experiment group while we perform the exactly same aerobic exercise for the same time but without the music intervene on the control group. After the experiment, we gain our result. The classic experiment mode of the GO\NOGO which is the upgraded version of the E-prime software edition is applied in the research. Through the computer screen the tested is showed what is going on and is required to make the relevant reactions and the behavioral data during the reaction process is collected. The recorder system from German BP company is utilized for the EEG data collection. We use the Ag\Agcl electrode cap to record the64-conduction spontaneous electric potential changes so that we can collect the EEG Data. Finally we analyze the behavioral data by Excel and we conduct the off-line analyze for the EEG data by BP Analyzer. We consider the reaction time of GO, the accuracy rate of NOGO and the amplitude of N2,P3,laten period and BEAM as the main commentary standard. The results of this experiment are as follows: 1) according to the behavioral data, the GO reaction time of the experiment group differs dramatically from the former to the later and those of the former are faster than those of the later in the control group whencarrying the GO reaction. However, we can witness a rise of the accuracy of the experiment group in the NOGO part though not very sharp and it's the same for the control group or the difference is even more subtle than that of the experiment group.2) the relevant electric potential of the experiment illustrates:(1) the amplitude of N2 is intensely effective on the GO\NOGO type of task and the electrode point(P<0.05) and the difference of the former tested and the later ones is more dramatic compared to that of the control group.(2)the amplitude of the P3 in the experiment group is greatly effective on both former and later tests of the GO\NOGO type of task and the electrode point(P<0.05) and the later data of the experiment group is higher than that of the control group; the latten period of P3 is also profoundly effective in the former and later tests of the GO\NOGO type of task and on the electrode point(P<0.05), the latten period of the later test is shorter than the former one in the experiment group.Conclusion:(1)the medium-intensive aerobic exercise is actively influential to improving the GO reaction and with the music intervene, and the aerobic exercise reacts more intensively than those without the music intervene all of which has proven that the aerobic exercise with the music intervene is more efficient in improving the suppression reaction.(2) the medium-intensive aerobic exercise has the positive effect on increasing the accuracy of the NOGO part so it improves the success rate of suppression control.(3) the aerobic exercise under the music intervene shortens the latten period of N2 and weakens the amplitude of N2 and it's better than the control group that it prolongs the time for strategy-making before one behaves so that one can prepare better for the next move.(4) the aerobic exercise under the music intervene shortens the latten period of P3 and strengthens the amplitude of P3 and it's obviously better than the control group that it enhances the distribution of the cognitive resource and the efficiency of processing the information which makes a better behave.(5) it's proven that adding the music intervene to the aerobic exercise can make a college student identify the information faster, distribute the attention resource more reasonably and keep a efficient suppression control.
