| In the development of human beings, the concept of resource utilization plays a significant role in human society, especially for the modern human society. How to use the resources efficiently for the high speed growth of development of society has become a big issue which is researched by any countries. Resource utilization, in fact, as we said, not only about the using of natural resources, but also includes historical resources, cultural resources. Resource utilization is very widely used both in education field and business field which are the important part of modern society. Garden resources of Yangzhou has significant meaning for the historical hierarchy of education field. So when we get deep impression of garden resource of Yangzhou, the cultural resources which can attract students’ attention and keep the comprehensiveness and objectivity of historial education would be used in the process of history education of middle schools.Based on the grand background of new curriculum reform, through the collation, analysis and aggregation of relevant information, this paper describes how to exploit and use resources in Yangzhou Gardens in history teaching in secondary schools from the theoretical and practical aspects. The article is divided into three main parts:the first part is an overview of resources in Yangzhou Gardens, defining the concept of Yangzhou Gardens, carding historical context of development in Yangzhou Gardens, summarizing the basic situation of research on Yangzhou Gardens and investigating the role of resources in Yangzhou Gardens in history teaching in secondary schools. Through information sorting and statistics, visits and research, etc., the status of exploiting and using resources of Yangzhou Gardens is understood in current history teaching to analyze the current situation and find solutions. The second part presents implementation strategy of exploiting and using resources of Yangzhou Gardens in history teaching in secondary schools. Combining history curriculum in secondary schools with teaching content related to resources of Yangzhou Gardens, this paper proposes appropriate curriculum implementation plans and strategies. The third section describes the author’s reflections on the applicable value development of resources in Yangzhou Gardens in history teaching in secondary schools.As an important carrier of urban culture of ancient city and precious testimony of Chinese history, Yangzhou Gardens has great values of research and development. Discussion and research on the application of resources in Yangzhou Gardens in history teaching in secondary schools can both mine application method and value of the resources and provide theoretical references for the application of other similar historical resources in history teaching in secondary schools, so as to provide an idea and inspiration for contemporary history curriculum reform as well as for frontline teachers who are engaged in history education in secondary schools. |
