The paper focuses on the Tibet autonomous region police training, and analyses in depth the role of the central government and local government in vocational education in national regions. Then, deeply discuss the situation of the vocational education in national regions in the present, with the support of government in the law, finance, polices and measures and the insistence on the Chinese national policy. And it is an important and typical part of educational business. What's more, explore the problems of the survival and development of vocational education and find out the causes, use the experience of Tibet to provoke some thinking and give some advice about the vocational education in the entire national region.On the government in minority areas of the occupation education, first of all from the government's perspective, analysis of its ethnic minority areas only, and then explore why the government wants to play these only, then carries on the questionnaire survey data for statistical summary, analysis of minority area occupation education development status, problems and influencing factors, finally gives the further improvement and perfection of national area occupation education initiatives.Occupation education is the education of a kind of our country, but also an important part of the education and society of our country economy development important support force.Occupation education is "according to actual needs, developed with the National Occupation Classification occupation grade standard and adapt, qualification certificates, certificate of training and occupation qualification certificate system" education,"for students to carry out ideological and political education and occupation moral education, pass investiture industry knowledge, training skills for occupation, occupation guidance, comprehensive improve the acceptance of the educator's quality of education".The role of the government is the government functions by the decision, mainly related to the government to manage what, how, what role problems, including in the political and social management of two aspects of function.The role of government and the functions of the government to a great extent are closely linked.On the occupation education in the economic development and social stability of the important role played by, we must explore.The final analysis of occupation education in ethnic areas, appear many problems behind factors, further reflection, to make the occupation education in ethnic minority areas to improve efficiency, realize democratic prosperous and harmonious new Tibet and forward.This is also the purpose and significance of this study.Development of occupation education in ethnic regions, from now and future sense, is not only a purely educational problems, or the corresponding agricultural problem, problem of science and technology, problems of people's livelihood, employment, human resources and personnel reserve, ethical region economy development and social stability of the long period of stability problem.The education management is concerned, the occupation education in ethnic regions than other forms of education with distinct political, social and market.It can not only with "3farming" problem closely linked together, form of rural, rural services, to revitalize the national economy basic strategy, as the local government to solve "3fanning" problem of a seminal vesicle inspiration, at the same time it can, and the market economy are closely linked, forming a "teaching, learning, with" three steps go, direct according to the market demand, to fill the vacancy of employment, to promote economic growth.In conclusion occupation education in ethnic minority regions are becoming more and more important in modem education.
