Research On The Coordinated Development Of The BTH Mass Skiing Competition In The Context Of The 2022 Winter Olympics

In the context of the Winter Olympics in 2022,skiing has ushered in an unprecedented opportunity,which will drive 300 million people to participate in the ice and snow sports,and also promote the rapid development of the BTH skiing movement.In order to promote the development of skiing,a large number of high-standard,high-quality policies were quickly introduced.The extensive development of the event will enhance the sense of BTH skiing culture identity and improve the ability of BTH cooperation.However,the BTH mass skiing competition is currently in its infancy,the relevant strategic planning has not yet been introduced,and the organizational structure has not yet been perfected.In order to promote the coordinated development of the BTH mass skiing event,the social impact of the event will be enhanced.Through the literature data method,expert interview method,field investigation method and case analysis method,the organization structure,introduction policy,number of events,tournament system,number of ski resorts,number of participants,event market development,media of the BTH ski event are discussed.In-depth investigations were conducted on nine aspects of propaganda and cultural construction.Through investigation and research,the following problems were found:(1)The organizational structure of the BTH mass ski event has not been perfected,and BTH has not really cooperated in the competition and coordinated development.(2)BTH has not yet issued a strategic plan for the coordinated development of relevant mass ski events.(3)The BTH mass skiing event is mainly based on the government,and the number of other competition modes is small.(4)Each of BTH has introduced skiing standards,which hindered the division of the BTH skiing competition and suppressed the coordinated development of the BTH skiing standardization.(5)The distribution of ski resorts in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is extremely uneven,and the supporting facilities of BTH are significantly different.(6)The number of participants in the BTH mass ski event is relatively small,and the number of participants in the BTH skiing group is relatively low.(7)The BTH mass skiing event relies mainly on government funding to support the event,and there are few channels for financing funds for the event.(8)The number of publicity channels and cooperative media of the BTH skiing competition is small.(9)The BTH skiing competition is now in its infancy.It has not yet formed a brand event,and its social influence is relatively low.It has not yet formed a unique culture of the BTH skiing event.In response to the above conclusions,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)Improve the organizational structure of the coordinated development of the BTH skiing event.(2)Accelerate the introduction of the strategic plan for the coordinated development of BTH.(3)BTH should cooperate with the company to carry out the competition and promote the coordinated development of the BTH mass ski event.(4)The BTH skiing event should establish a unified level standard to promote the coordinated development of the BTH mass ski event and promote standardization and standardization of the event.(5)BTH should actively introduce high-level,high-level and high-standard brand competitions,promote the upgrading of ski resorts and supporting service facilities,and promote the coordinated development of the BTH ski resort.(6)Media promotion should be strengthened to increase the exposure and social influence of the event.(7)It is necessary to broaden the financing channels of the event,fully mobilize social funds,and inject more vitality into the BTH mass skiing event.(8)Pay attention to the cultural construction of the BTH mass ski event.Accumulate the cultural heritage of the skiing event and form a distinctive culture of the BTH skiing event.
