| Since flipped classroom teaching mode widely used in teaching, it enables students to learn from passive recipients into master their own learning, teachers’ guiding role become more significant, but also exist issues in the process of actual implementation that need to be improved or optimized, especially two aspects of problem are needed to make the flipped classroom play better effect. Firstly, there is a need to improve students’ autonomous learning ability; secondly, there is a need to have more efficient means to obtain students’ autonomous learning situation. Practitioners attempt to use many ways to solve the above problems, such as autonomous learning single and online learning process software and so on, but the introduction of the tool is so many and complicated, and easy to bring more problems; learning contract, on the other hand, a tool for cultivating students’ autonomous learning, enhancing learning motivation, promoting the benign interaction between teachers and students and other advantages, make its have larger potential targeted to solve above two problems.In order to the implementation of the flipped classroom more smoothly to achieve good teaching and learning goals, on the basis of the existing research literature, the author deeply studies the emergence and development of the learning contract, basic elements, advantages and limitations, design principles, theoretical basis and so on. Based on these studies, the author scientifically analysied the possibility of the learning contract targeted optimization flipped classroom; based on the learning contract’s design principles, learning contract’s basic framework and flipped classroom’s characteristics, and seeing many literature by learning contract design method as the prerequisite, and taking JiangNing district, Nanjing city Junior high school information technology(Grade seven)course as an example, the author designed the learning contract that applies to flippd classroom, in order to improve students’ autonomous learning ability, high efficiently obtain students’ autonomous learning situation and then optimize flippd classroom. Then the author selected grade seven students’information technology course as the practice object in the MiXiujie middle school, Nanjing city. The author used questionnaire and interview methods to collect and analyze the relevant data. Verified the design in this paper of learning contract to improve students’ autonomous learning ability and the promotion of communication between teachers and students and further optimization of flipped classroom, the goals in this study. After this study, the author will expand the scope of practice discipline of the designed learning contract to perfect the practice demonstrates of the present study. |
