Since2011"The national medium and long term program for education reform and development (2010-2020)" published, China has made great achievements in the education informatization work. Many of these achievements are related to the discussion on teaching and learning under the environment of information technology, and also emphasize changes of learning method brought by information technology and supports for learning. The "Flipped classroom" emerges as the big background of education informatization in our country requires, it has injected vigor for the better development of education informatization. Teaching with the "Flipped classroom" in colleges and universities is a new attempt, this study combined the " Flipped classroom " teaching form with a specific course-"Newspaper editor Practice" and applied it to the teaching practice of colleges and universities. This research has been implemented in two classes of Journalism2011in Xian International University, the time of experimental was one semester. The experimental study focuses on students’ interest in learning, cooperation awareness, ability to learn and academic performance those four areas. For a more comprehensive research on the theory and practical aspects in this particular teaching, the writer used many research methods such as literature research, quasi-experimental studies and so on.In the form of the "Flipped classroom" teaching, before class, students use the guiding cases and the teaching resources provided by teachers for self paced learning; in class, teacher and students discuss with each other and solve problems in the process of students’self paced learning thus increasing the interaction between teachers and students and making personalized learning come true. In this class form, more attention will be focused on the cultivation of students1learning methods and students can realize the increase of knowledge and improving ability through autonomous learning and collaborative learning. Students can learn skills, learn how to learn, acquire holistic development in the learning process to make their own emotions transform and attitudes values improving. It, however, has no significant influence on students’performance. Further study is needed if we want to know whether the "Flipped classroom" teaching method is suitable for other disciplines. The paper includes six parts: In chapter1, the writer expound the background and the significance of this thesis topic, research objectives and content, research methods and ideas, the innovation of this study and analyze the feasibility of the application of this course from the analysis of the characteristics of the "Flipped classroom" and Micro-course.In chapter2, the writer does research review of the "Flipped classroom", Micro courses, guided learning case through literature analysis. In chapter3, the writer summarizes and concludes the related theoretical basis of this study. In chapter4, based on the early investigation of students and the actual teaching situation and teaching goal, the writer construct the teaching process map and elaborate its elements in detail and also present a "Flipped classroom" teaching evaluation created by the writer. In chapter4, based on the early investigation of students and the actual teaching situation and teaching goal, the writer constructs the teaching process map and elaborate its elements in detail and also present a "Flipped classroom" teaching evaluation created by the writer. In chapter5, according to the course characteristics, the writer does the Quasi-Experimental Research of "Flipped classroom" teaching practices. By comparing the measurements of before and after analysis and investigating students’analysis effects of the "Flipped classroom" application the writer draws the experiment conclusions. In chapter6, the writer does a summary and reflection of this study.
