Research On Farmers' Online Learning Needs And Strategies From The Perspective Of New Professional Farmers

In the new type of professional farmers cultivating, online learning is becoming a more popular way. If want online learning to play an important role in new professional farmers cultivating, we must confirm the farmers'demand of online learning which is the most important practical basis.On the basis of related theory combing, this study adopts the method of questionnaire to know of the online learning needs of two regions of Jiangsu Province.We found:the farmers'needs of online-learning possess the basic condition of network environment, but the net environment of south Jiangsu is better than the north of Jiangsu;The farmers all know the importance of online-learning and have a strong intentions of participating in online-learning,which is influenced by the age gender and education level and so on. the form of online learning is no significant difference. There are certain differences in the content and motivations. Online-learning needs content differences mainly in the aspect of management knowledge and policy information content, self-improvement different in same class knowledge; The motivation of farmers online-learning is in a low level,but the farmers" intention of improving their record of school education in north part of Jiangsu Province is stronger than the south part. Problems of the farmers to participate in online-learning is mainly affected by its own barrier factors, mainly including differences in information literacy and lacking time;Results show that the needs of online learning of the two areas have both similarities and differences. Therefore, we should strengthen the common factor, and highlight the regional characteristics. On the one hand, we must strengthen the network foundation environment construction, which is the basis of online-learning.On the other hand, farmers need to constantly to overcome the obstacle factors,arrange their own learning time reasonably and improve their information consciousness and information skills.At the same time,farmers must overcome the obstacle factors of their own, arrange their own learning time reasonably, improve their information consciousness and information skills.
