Research On The Professional Construction Of College Counselors

The counselor is an important part of the management team of university,who is a leader to lead the healthy growth of college students.Because of this,all the problems associated with the counselor has always been the hot spot in the party and the country attaches great importance to the problem.With the continued expansion of the rapid development of socialist modernization and higher education scale,it makes the counselor faced with an endless stream of new problems at work.In order to relieve the current plight of the counselor team construction in colleges and universities successfully,to deal with all kinds of emergency at the work,States and institutions of higher learning must led counselor career really took to the road,to improve their professional skills and professional qualities continuously.This article is based on a historical sense of responsibility and the era surrounding to study and discuss how the professional college counselors to carry out the construction.This paper includes five parts.The first part is introduction,which clarifies the background of the research and summarize the research situation of study content of counselor professionalization in colleges and universities in domestic and overseas,and also introduce the basic concept and methods;The second chapter includes the related concepts of counselor professionalization in colleges and universities.The third chapter analyzes the construction of professional college counselors to the evolution history of the comb.On this basis,the writer make an objective analysis of counselor building among the four representative universities at a university town in the western and invest and objectively analysis the current situation.The forth chapter,this thesis has summed up the following problems in counselor team and has thoroughly analyzed the main cause of these problems from the levels of the state,colleges and universities students and counselors.Finally,this thesis has brought up with feasible countermeasures and suggestions to counselor professionalization both in internal cause and external cause.
