After the quality education,students' pressure decreases gradually,but because of the influence from the Exam-oriented education, the grades still as the important matter for the school.So many schools start to use the new education which named at efficient classroom. Under this new education model, many students not only reduce the study pressure but also improve their ability training and knowledge storage.Many education researchers aimed at it is a successful model. But there are many colleges and universities have some problems after using this kind of teaching mode,many students failing their grades, and when the author study in the Ningxia he found that this kind of phenomenon is very common from his teaching practice, some teachers and students understanding of efficient classroom entirely is wrong. So the author thinks there are some problems in the efficient classroom or we can say there are some limitations. There is no time to wait, so the author through investigation and analysis to find its limitations and put forward the countermeasures to solve these problems. Students and teachers are the decisive factors in the efficient classroom, so author will point at them. In the aspect of students, due to the author practice teaching in two grades of different schools in Ningxia when during his study graduate, he found that the school which its grades is worse cannot play well the efficient classroom, so the grades of the student became his first research direction. And the age of the student become the second research direction because of his student cannot study well in his math class, he cannot preview the book by himself. Because of the teacher's understanding ability,the teacher's education background became his third research direction.In order to survey these problems, the author let them finish the questionnaire.Summary the results of the questionnaire, the answer come to his eyes. Conform to the standard are: the student who can get the high grades?the student whose year is old enough and the teacher who has the high education background. The author wants to get more criticisms and suggestions about his article.
