President Xi pointed out that China must be continually to benefit the people to implement the "China dream". For the benefit of the people the most fundamental is to enhance the well-being of the residents. The basis of realize China's dream is how to effectively improve residents' happiness. With the improvement of people's life quality, more and more people are concerned about the happiness. Happiness is not only a personal problem, but also influenced by many other factors such as social, policy, the environment. Under the existing resources and the environment, it has important practical significance to the construction of a harmonious society, to the full realization of a well-off society and to improve the well-being of the residents.In this paper, Chinese residents' happiness has carried on the empirical research used Logistic Model. This article attempt through calculation and dynamic changes of the Chinese family happiness index to study the influence factors of happiness, and then put forward policy suggestions. First of all, this article compared the measure of domestic and foreign literature about happiness. Then draw on the theory and analysis method of Logistics model, and calculate the well-being of Chinese residents in the past ten years by using the 2005, 2008, 2010, 2005 years of CGSS data. Explored the impact of the Chinese people's happiness from the micro level and macro level factors.The empirical results show that residents' sense of well-being has increased with the development of the society. The economic situation is the main factors in happiness affect residents. The higher the absolute income of individuals, the happier the residents will be. After considering the relative income, the impact of absolute income will become smaller. In addition, non economic factors, such as demographic factors, living conditions and social characteristics, have a significant impact on the well-being of the residents. Combined with empirical analysis, this paper proposes multi range to enhance residents' happiness, for example in the importance of improving residents income at the same time to advocate the building of "harmonious family, a happy family, perfect social security and pension system, increase the medical investment.
