Research On Social Work Involved In The Cultivation Of Community Social Organizations Under The Background Of "Five Society Linkage"

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is an inevitable trend to improve the social governance system of co construction,co governance,and sharing,enhance the effectiveness of social governance,build a social governance community,and give play to the aggregate power of multiple interconnected entities to comply with the trend of development of the times.Using the new "Five Cooperatives Linkage" mechanism to promote the transformation of grassroots social governance mode is a major innovation in grassroots social governance at this stage.Among them,community social organizations are increasingly important in meeting the needs of residents,strengthening community services,and building a harmonious society.Therefore,from the perspective of social work,carrying out practical research on the cultivation of community social organizations in the context of "Five Cooperatives Linkage" has both theoretical significance and practical value.Based on the internship of the "Five Societies Linkage" pilot project in H Community of F City,the author of this article takes promoting the cultivation of community social organizations as the starting point,and uses social ecosystem theory and advantage perspective theory as the theoretical basis for research.Through research methods such as questionnaire survey,interview method,and action research method,the author investigates the needs of community residents and community social organizations to cultivate,and finds that there is an imbalance in the development of community social organizations Difficulties such as insufficient "hematopoietic" capacity for organizational growth,lack of standardized management,lack of professionalism in personnel,and tight funding for activities,Carrying out cultivation work in H community,mainly through early publicity,entering the community,and establishing professional relationships;Recruit organizational members and establish voluntary community social organizations for the elderly;Formulate regulations,link resources,and establish a support network;Carry out diversified activities to create a pattern of co governance and autonomy;Cultivating leaders and building capacity;The professional cultivation process such as filing and registration has resulted in the cultivation of a public welfare service type community social organization,the "Zhaoyang Volunteer Service Team",which enhances residents’ awareness of voluntary service,stimulates residents’ enthusiasm for participation,and builds a good social support network.In this study,there are insufficient in-depth and imperfect mechanisms for the "five cooperatives" linkage;Inadequate resource mining;Limited professional ability and lagging supervision of social workers;Problems such as strong history and insufficient sustainability of organizational development.Based on this,the optimization path is proposed: first,improve the linkage mechanism and promote the linkage and integration of the "five cooperatives";Second,broaden the resource channels;Third,strengthen the capacity building of social workers and establish a dual supervision model;Fourth,link social resources and continuously improve the quality of volunteer services.Based on this,I hope to achieve a more long-term,sustainable,and healthy development of community social organizations in the future.The innovation of this article lies in the background of "Five Societies Linkage",which is launched from the perspective of social governance in the new era,and the topic is relatively novel;Secondly,this study is conducted from the professional perspective of social workers to explore the practical research involved in the cultivation process of community social organizations.Unlike the previous focus on the macro governance level,this study has stronger operability;Finally,this study provides a reference value for the promotion of social work majors to homogeneous communities in China,which started relatively late and developed for a relatively short time.Due to the fact that the theoretical level of the author needs to be improved and the short investigation time,there are still some shortcomings in this study.In future work,I will continue to pay attention to the cultivation of the "Five Societies Linkage" community social organizations in H community and conduct in-depth discussions on it.
