Research On The Participation Of The Social Work Institution In The “Three Social Associations Linkage” Project

Under the background of the gradual disintegration of the "unit system",with the increasing concern of the Party and the government on social governance,government departments and social organizations at all levels have also begun to vigorously promote community governance,in which "three social associations" is an important way of community governance.Local governments use the momentum of policy promotion to vigorously develop community governance,and relevant projects of "Three Societies Linkage" have sprung up like mushrooms after a spring rain.The "Three Societies" play an important role in it,while "Linkage" as a way to achieve goals is facing difficulties.How to better make the "Three Societies" work together has become a common concern of the practical and academic circles.In this context,we choose Lanzhou's representative X-agency "Three Social Interaction" project,understand the content of the project in an all-round way,clarify the resources and role functions of social work organizations in "Three Social Interaction",and provide suggestions for the "Three Social Interaction" project to work on community governance.This paper takes X Social Work Organization as a case study,analyses the organizational environment of its project operation and the motivation of social work participating in the "Three Societies Linkage" to provide a macro perspective for the study;specifically studies and analyses the content of the "Three Societies Linkage" of X Organization,mainly analyses the basic content of its project operation and the characteristics of X Organization in the operation of the "Three Societies Linkage" project,with a view to clarifying X Machine.The unique role of the structure in participating in the project;and then summarizes its operation mechanism and its problems,the operation mechanism in the project: the principal relationship map,the resource transfer map,and the organization improvement map of community social organizations,which provide an important thinking framework for the research as the framework of the large subject and external resources;and most importantly,the participation of social work organizations in the "three associations" Reflections on the "action" project.Starting from the achievements and specific problems of X institution,this paper puts forward the idea of using social work institution as the controller of project operation and the training base for social workers.It is suggested that in the project of "Three Social Associations",not only the existing social resources of X institution should be integrated into the community,the work of social workers should be supervised and controlled,and the cultivation and incubation of social workers should be undertaken.As the main body of the balance of power,it provides proper support for the balance of social workers' roles between social organizations and communities.The role of social work organizations in the "three societies" has become more and more reserve force for community and social workers,escorting the professionalism of social workers.The ultimate goal of the study is to try to stand in the "one society" perspective,break the original "three societies linkage" research overall thinking,and try to focus on social work when participating in the "three societies linkage" project.The purpose of this paper is to elaborate on the problems in order to help the better implementation of the "three social cooperatives linkage" project.
