The college English classroom teaching has been moving to English classroom teaching which was under the modern network environment as the rapid development of information technology. College English Curriculum Requirements issued by Ministry of Education in August,2007, explicitly points out the college English teaching mode based on computer and classroom. The fundamental purpose of College English Teaching Information technology is to improve the quality of English Teaching in university. The essence of enhancing the quality of teaching is to realise the effectiveness of Teaching, whose effective way is to create and construct new and effective teaching mode. Classroom plays an important role in College English Teaching, so constructing effective college English classroom Teaching Mode is located in the first state.Independent College which is a unique part of High Education has both its own features and the characteristics of ordinary colleges in the facts of teacher, students, school-running orientation and so on. This study based on independent College English teaching practice in the network environment in Shanxi Province to research the effective classroom teaching mode. The research results will have important practical significance to ensure improvements of the quality of teaching in the field of higher education in Shaanxi.The effective teaching is a dynamic concept which is focusing on the teaching of students and learning progress. English classroom effective teaching aims to cultivate students English study interest, create language interaction situation, cultivate students' learning strategies, provide guidance for extracurricular learning and realize both independence and uniformity among teachers, students, teaching activities and teaching situation. English classroom effective teaching mode in network environment is the bridge of the conversion the effective teaching concept to specific classroom teaching activities and operating procedures in the network environment. It is the result of the combination of the effective teaching theory, information technology and linguistics theory with English teaching practice.Firstly, present and analyze the relevant studies about English classroom effective teaching and teaching mode in internet environment from teaching features, papers features and studying features using the component analysis method. Studied and reviewed the differences in this subject at home and abroad, and found that the classroom is the core place to improve the quality of English teaching and learning.Secondly, some theories and concepts about the independent college English classroom effective teaching mode in network environment were presented and defined. The mode was defined as a pattern expression which was guided by the effective teaching theory, second language acquisition theory, multimedia teaching theory, supported by language teaching resources and the environment and aimed at improving students'English autonomous learning ability. The key factors about the mode was illuminated, which included teaching theory and learning theory, teaching activities (teacher, student, teaching media, teaching contents, education technology), teaching resources and teaching environment. Among them, the teaching activity is the core of the teaching mode.Then, a questionnaire framework with "two aspects (the teaching level and teaching environment level)-two subject (teacher and student)" was designed based on the effective classroom teaching concepts and effective classroom teaching mode. The questionnaire was designed based on the framework. Four independent college students and teachers in shaan'xi province was surveyed to investigate the situation of English classroom teaching in network environment. Make statistics and analysis of the results from four aspects:teachers (education idea, teaching skills, ability to cross-cultural communication, and information literacy), students (emotion and skill factors), classroom teaching environment (technology environment, social environment), classroom teaching process (teaching activities, teaching interaction). Problems are stated as follows. Student, existing language anxiety and low frequency using of English learning strategy in classroom learning; Teachers are lack of knowledge of cross-cultural communication, ignoring students'cognition, and insufficient understanding of students learning characteristics before class; Classroom teaching environment, lack of classroom learning resource types, the classroom social psychological environment existing problems; Classroom teaching process, there is insufficient space on the classroom interaction between teachers and students and lack of systematic classroom teaching evaluation.Based on the above research, the independent college English classroom effective teaching model in network environment was built. The model is supported by effective classroom teaching environment in network environment, taking effective teaching process in the network environment as the core, based on the internal and external teaching monitoring and evaluation, taking teachers and students as two of the main body of classroom space. The continuously running of teaching interaction is promoted by the driving of the teaching activities, and increase the interaction between teachers and students.Taking Xinghua school of chang 'an university as the experimental base, two rounds of the experiment of the college English listening and speaking course was carried out to verify the model's application effectiveness. Through the analysis and observation of the first round results of the experiment, based on Shared Mental Model of Team Learning Process Model, the original model has been optimized and improved, which emphasizes the Cognitive Process Interact between the students' teamwork. Then, taking the second round of the experiments, the experimental results show that the model has the effectiveness in increasing students' listening and speaking strategies frequency, improving students' self-learning ability, promoting the formation of favorable classroom psychosocial environment and enhancing students' achievement.At last, the process and results of the experiment were summarized and rejudged. The experiment research method and micro change method should be used together in the future experiment, and strengthen the individual difference analysis and the observation in the experimental process to improve the experimental results' scientificity.
