Twenty-first Century is the era of information technology, the world’s education information technology as a breakthrough in education reform. China’s "school to school" and"Rural Distance Education Project" has been implemented for more than ten years, the establishment of infrastructure and teaching resources in rural primary and middle schools is one of the key content of educational reform and development. At present, many rural primary and secondary information infrastructure in our country has been transformed from scratch.The development of education informationization in primary and secondary schools in rural areas to understand,this research is based on the teaching practice of compulsory education in rural areas,through the investigation of 6 schools in Benxi county and Liaozhong County in Liaoning Province, to explore the promoting factors of rural compulsory education informatization construction. The study includes three stages: the first stage: by consulting the relevant literature, we have a general understanding of the current research on rural compulsory education in China, and collate and analyze the survey data in 2011. The second stage: the research questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation of 2016 and again on Benxi County of Liaoning Province, Liaozhong County 6 rural schools, make appropriate changes and additions in the original questionnaire after the issuance of the questionnaire, the collected data for statistical analysis. Master the current situation of rural compulsory education information infrastructure, information resources, information security, information application, information subject in 2016. And compared the performance level of 6 schools in 2011 and in 2016, to explore the factors affecting the development of rural compulsory education information. The third stage: according to the data analysis needs,information on the subject of targeted interviews,analysis of the development of compulsory education in rural informatization promotion and restriction factors, and put forward relevant suggestions.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature, questionnaire and interview. Through the comparative study of the performance measurement scores of 5 years, in order to save costs, sharing resources, to play a regional effect as the premise, has guiding significance to the development of compulsory education in rural areas to provide policy information.
