| Job burnout is a hot research issue in the field of management psychology,and teachers are prone to job burnout.Rural compulsory education in all types of teachers,teacher’s population is numerous,in relatively backward and poor rural areas for teaching or student management work,teachers from such as the backward infrastructure,fewer students with high quality,low salary welfare factors such as greater pressure of work,and promote rural compulsory teachers teachers’ job burnout.In order to clarify the current situation of job burnout of compulsory education teachers in rural areas,this study firstly sorted out and analyzed the domestic and foreign literature on job burnout of rural teachers.On the basis of literature research,in order to save resources theory as the instruction,give priority to with the questionnaire survey method,compiled for the teachers’ job burnout questionnaire scale of Local conditions,the station of junior high school in henan jiaozuo 18 schools(including 10 rural schools)to select a total of 524 teachers(including 384 rural compulsory education teachers),the questionnaire survey to SPSS25.0 statistical software was used to input and process the obtained data,and statistical methods such as correlation analysis,analysis of variance,independent sample T test and regression analysis were used to analyze the collected data.Meanwhile,semi-structured interview was used as an auxiliary research method in this study to verify,supplement and deepen the relevant results and views of questionnaire data analysis.The results show that:1.The teacher burnout scale consists of three dimensions(22 items),namely emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low sense of personal accomplishment.The reliability and validity of the scale all meet the requirements of psychometrics.2.Teachers of rural compulsory education in Zhongzhan District,Jiaozuo city,Henan Province had low emotional exhaustion(2.985),depersonalization(2.882),low sense of personal accomplishment(2.661)and job burnout(2.844).3.The demographic variables of rural compulsory education teachers have different differences in job burnout and its three dimensions.Based on the resource conservation theory,the specific conclusions are as follows: There are significant differences in job burnout among teachers with different monthly expenditure in material resources,teachers with different marital and child-bearing conditions in conditional resources,teachers with different subjects in energy resources,and no significant differences among teachers with individual trait resources.4.Based on the analysis of the causes of resource conservation theory,the influencing factors of rural compulsory education teachers’ job burnout include:teachers with less resources are more likely to suffer from job burnout,teachers with more resource investment are more likely to suffer from job burnout,and teachers with less resource return are more likely to suffer from job burnout.Based on the above findings and guided by the theory of resource conservation,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to prevent and reduce the job burnout of rural compulsory education teachers.To set up reasonable work content,create a good working environment,construct a scientific evaluation system as the center,reduce the loss of teachers’ resources;To improve the policy system guarantee,improve the salary and social status as the theme,increase teachers’ resource return. |
