The flipped classroom model originated abroad,and has been widely used in high school and elementary school.Flipped classroom mode flipped the teaching of knowledge and the order of internalization of knowledge,focusing on giving full play to the students' self-learning ability in class and tapping their potential.In addition,with the new curriculum reform,flipped classroom teaching mode has also entered the domestic classroom,and gained a little practical classroom experience.This paper USES literature,questionnaire survey,action research method,mathematical statistics,starting from the research status of turning the classroom at home and abroad,through access to the Internet through the network to students,students of physical education,the condition of the students of physical education course content,students of physical education teaching activities and students to use network to learn the situation of the sports course content such as investigation,understand now student learning in the traditional teaching mode.Using the results of the survey to flip it targeted research classroom teaching mode,design the teaching plan,two teaching activities,through investigation to understand the student activities before and after the attitude to teaching mode and the situation of the study.The results show that:1.The traditional mode of teaching students to preview before class and review,rarely classroom students cannot concentrate on the following all the progress,the teacher can't fully grasp the course content on the physical education curriculum,classroom communication is too little,too little interaction,rely too much on the teacher.2.In high school sports course using flip classroom teaching mode,greatly improving the students' interest in physical education,and increase the students grasp of the physical education curriculum content,increase the class interaction.3.Before the class,the teacher can know the students' difficult points and realize the students' goal.4.The flipped classroom also needs to be improved.According to the two action studies,the problems in flipped classroom will be solved one by one.
