The cooperative teaching by Chinese and foreign teachers, rooted from the cooperative teaching, originates in the 1990s.It is created as a special teaching mode with the domestic educational background in China. This kind of education works as a teaching mode in the English teaching, which is adaptable to non-English speaking countries. As with the growing improvement of the English teaching in China, the mode of cooperative teaching by Chinese and foreign teachers has been more and more frequently used into other disciplines. Furthermore, it is increasingly becoming a vital access to the international education, following the demand for an elevating international teaching and intellectuals with international horizon. However, according to the current study, the mode of it is monotonous, has a weak adaption toward various subjects and is not equal to the efforts we make. Thus, it is necessary to explore this combined teaching mode.The internet in the 21st century establishes a new way for the cooperative teaching by Chinese and foreign teachers with its fast development nowadays. By the use of internet platform and the relevant technology, both teachers domestic and abroad are able to realize a distance teaching. That does not only help teachers and students life their own professional quality but also insignificantly prompt an advanced education of internationalization. Compared with the existing mode, this distance cooperation has an advantage of low-cost and high-efficiency. With the literature review and related investigation, the author learns that there is little study about this field and the academic achievement is also much limited in China. For that, this study mainly aims to construct a new kind of the distance cooperative teaching by Chinese and foreign teachers and also applies it into the detailed teaching practice. The author intends to fumble a teaching mode that is high-practicable, catered for researchers and can be referred to by the front-line teachers on the basis of the tests of teaching effect and a continuous reflections and modifications.There are five chapters in the page.Chapter one is introduction. It generally introduces the background, relevant study home and abroad, the research questions, the aim and significance of the study and the research methodology for the study.The second chapter is the basis of study. It includes core concepts about the study and related theoretical foundation for this research. The core concepts are about cooperative teaching by Chinese and foreign teachers and the cooperative teaching by Chinese and foreign teachers in distance. And the foundations for the study are made of Cooperative teaching theory and three interactive modes theory.Chapter three is the constructive part of the teaching mode. It is the center of the study. The first is to analyze the influence factors of model construction, including requirements analysis, analysis of characteristics of learners, cooperative teacher analysis and analysis of the real-time video conference system; The second is based on relevant theoretical basis, the reference of the existing teaching mode, construct the research of Chinese and foreign teachers' cooperative teaching mode; Finally through the model of five elements (theoretical foundation, the condition to realize the teaching goal, operation procedure, and teaching evaluation) to build the model in detail.Chapter four is the application of the teaching mode. During this part the author elaborately introduces how this cooperative teaching created by this study is applied in two teaching practice. Meantime, the author employs questionnaires, the interviews and other methods to assess this result of the application.Chapter five is the conclusion. In this chapter the author reflects and concludes the whole study process and the study result, presenting the research findings and at the same time the author shows some innovations and the demerits about the research. In this part, the author expresses prospects of such kind of the following study, hoping to go on with advantages in this study and meanwhile correcting imperfections appearing in this study.
