System innovation is the decisive factor in Sino foreign cooperative education institution,wellknown foreign universities to participate in cooperative education more and more,in order to introduce foreign high-quality educational resources,to provide high quality higher education diversification,the social and personal demand for education has important significance,combined with the actual situation the mechanism analysis and research of system innovation.This paper first research on Sino foreign cooperation in running schools and to sort out the theory of institutional change mechanism analysis,use the Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University to conduct empirical research on Sino foreign cooperative education institutions development,field research and interviews and analysis of statistics and questionnaire.The main reason for the existence of problems in the Sino foreign cooperative education.The Sino foreign cooperative education connotation construction model is divided into institutional innovation mechanism,running the school system on collaborative innovation and discipline resources integration and innovation in three aspects,Sino foreign cooperative construction path and combined with the specific difficulties are set up high quality: the first is system innovation,from the strengthening of school related policies,adjustment system the mechanism and management mechanism innovation and so on;second is the collaborative innovation,mainly from the clear government responsibility,grasp the education sovereignty,broaden the development ideas,establish evaluation system,strengthen the social identity and other work;finally is to strengthen the management of integrated innovation,mainly from the combination advantage,implementation of flexible credit system,strengthen language training,innovation the concept of talent management team construction,etc..On this basis,we draw the inspiration of building a high level university in Sino foreign cooperation in running schools.We should strengthen top-level design,policy guidance and management norms in macro policies,improve the enthusiasm of cooperation in running schools,pay attention to connotative development and improve the quality of university construction.Finally,it looks forward to the future,grasps the development trend of Chinese and foreign cooperation in running schools,carries out scientific layout,and leads the development direction of Chinese and foreign cooperation in running schools.The Sino foreign cooperative education in Colleges and universities is truly built into a brand of college education,leaving a deep impression and good reputation in the hearts of parents and the public,and cultivating internationalized talents for our country.The development mode established in this paper is in line with the actual development of Sino foreign cooperation in running schools,and it can provide a reference for China to build high-level topranking Chinese foreign cooperative education institutions.
