With the progress of society and the development of science and technology,the demand for talents has greatly increased and the requirements for education have gradually increased.Effective teaching has become one of the focuses of researchers.At the same time,with the advent of the information age,China also realizes that information technology has a profound impact on education.A number of documents,such as the “Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan” and “China Education Modernization 2035”,have been issued,emphasizing that blended learning is fostering.An important role in talent.At present,in college education,although some teachers use mixed-learning methods for teaching,their effects are weak and they cannot exert their effects well.Therefore,improving teaching efficiency and completing effective teaching in a mixed learning environment have become problems.The First Principles of Instruction is a prescriptive instructional design principle proposed by M.David Merrill,a professor of Utah State University in the United States and a well-known contemporary theoretic design and technology theorist,which is based on effective teaching.Based on this,the author uses the characteristics of First Principles of Instruction derived from practice and promotes effective teaching,and associates the First Principles of Instruction with blended learning to try to build a blended learning teaching model based on the First Principles of Instruction,with a view to constructing a complete blended learning teaching model.China's mixed learning teaching practice provides some reference and provides some help for the promotion of effective teaching.The author starts from the research status of the First Principles of Instruction and blended learning teaching models at home and abroad,reads the literature,and understands multiple blended learning teaching models in China,combing out front-end analysis,teaching preparation,learning environment design,and hierarchical design of teaching strategies.Implementation,learning evaluation design and other five elements,and on the basis of clarifying the relationship between the elements and field practice summary,trying to build a blended learning teaching model based on the primary teaching principles.This model consists of five stages: front-end analysis,teaching preparation,pre-design,teaching process design,teaching implementation and reflection.After several improvements,the blended learning teaching model under the guidance of the First Principles of Instruction constructed by the author was finally formed.The author has selected a freshman natural class of the Educational Technology Department of H University for teaching experiments.Taking the compulsory course of “Introduction to Educational Technology” as an example,a one-semester practice has been carried out.Through data collection,collation and analysis,it was found that the blended learning teaching model based on the First Principles of Instruction has certain effects in improving students' academic performance and promoting effective teaching.
