| Innovation is an important force to promote the development of a country and a nation.Deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an important deployment for the country to implement the innovation-driven development strategy.As an integral part of my country’s higher education,ethnic colleges and universities shoulder the important task of transporting talents to ethnic regions.Curriculum is an effective carrier for innovation and entrepreneurship education,and strengthening the curriculum construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education is the key to improving the quality of talent training in ethnic colleges.As the first batch of demonstration universities for deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in the province where it is located,G Minzu University conducts case studies on the school through literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,interview methods,etc.,in-depth exploration of its innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum settings,and summarizes its innovation and entrepreneurship The results achieved in the construction of educational courses,found the problems in the curriculum,and based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,proposed strategies to optimize the curriculum of innovation and entrepreneurship education in G Minzu University,and promoted the deepening of innovation and entrepreneurship education and teaching reform in G Minzu University.Provide some ideas for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education courses for other ethnic colleges and universities.The investigation and research on the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum in G Minzu University found that the curriculum construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education in G Minzu University has achieved certain results,but there is a lack of clarity in curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation,and curriculum evaluation.There are problems that need to be solved urgently,such as insufficient exploration of the curriculum objectives of colleges and universities,inadequate exploration of ethnic characteristic curriculum content,uneven level of curriculum teachers,too few practical teaching methods,and ability-oriented curriculum assessment and evaluation mechanisms have not yet formed.The main cause of the problem lies in the lack of in-depth understanding of the curriculum objectives of innovation and entrepreneurship education in ethnic colleges,insufficient attention to teacher training,and low publicity efforts by the main body of the school.Combining Taylor’ s goal model curriculum theory,creativity theory and the country’s basic requirements for university entrepreneurship education and teaching,a strategy for optimizing the curriculum of innovation and entrepreneurship education in G University for Nationalities is proposed: one is to clarify the goal of the innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum of G University for Nationalities;the other is Create the curriculum content of innovation and entrepreneurship education with the characteristics of G University for Nationalities;third,cultivate a team of innovative and entrepreneurial education curriculum teachers with characteristics of ethnic colleges;fourth,promote the implementation of the practice education innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum in G University for Nationalities;fifth,build innovation and entrepreneurship in G University for Nationalities Educational curriculum evaluation and assessment mechanism. |
