The coming of the age of information is promoting the reform of higher education. As "the national medium and long-term for education reform and development plan (2010-2020)" and a series of policy documents were published, the voice on urging the reform of college teaching is on the agenda. Shaanxi Normal University starts the informationized curriculum construction for undergraduate. The course which named "Child development" was listed in the first demonstration course.In order to understand the reasonable information instructional design, this study uses the literature analysis, action research method, questionnaire investigation and interview to research the design and implementation of about "Child Development".In order to understand the reasonable information teaching design, through teachers, students and the platform, the author collected problems and experience, put forward effective improvement methods.This thesis consists of five parts,which are introducing part,the theoretical basis, design of the "Child Development", status of implementation and the conclusion.The first part introduces the background of the thesis, the purpose and significance of the research. Through the introduction of domestic and foreign information related to the construction of higher education, for the government and educators to provide curriculum construction policies, funds and technology, and other aspects of reference. At the same time, the author explains the research methods of this thesis.The second part introduces the theoretical basis of this study, through the guidance of the Bloom’s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives and Constructivism Learning Theory, designing " Child Development " curriculum objectives, which can provide operational guidance for teachers’ teaching, students’ self study, evaluation achievement, and provide theoretical support for curriculum design.The third part is the core content of this study, which is composed of two parts:the design and implementation of the information curriculum for "Child Development ". According to the diagnosis evaluation to understand students’s basic learning, designing a series of teaching principles. According to the curriculum content and curriculum teaching should meet the cognitive target, practice ability and the spirit of cooperation target, designing a variety of teaching and learning strategies. And in the teaching platform, classroom and practical courses to be used, and ultimately by the teachers, the team members, students themselves three party to the implementation of the implementation of the curriculum evaluation.Based on these aspects of teaching design, the author through the platform of learning situation analysis, classroom observation, questionnaires, interviews and other methods to understand the situation of curriculum implementation, the following conclusions are drawn:Teachers can grasp the overall situation of students learning, master the learning situation of students, And through the bb platform and the classroom to increase interaction between teachers and students, to build a new type of teacher-student relationship. However, the individualized teaching leads to the increasing of the teaching tasks and needs to integrate the support of the teachers’ team. At the same time, teachers’ information technology literacy and ability is also an important factor affecting the reform of information technology teaching.While students have a strong degree of acceptance the change, enhance the sense of learning responsibility, develop the good study habits, higher order thinking ability is significantly improved, the spirit of cooperation is obviously improved. But students’ active learning state is not fully burst, lazy learning still exists, part of the students learning level is mostly shallow in the stage of memorizing and understanding, polarization is more obvious.The fourth part is the conclusion and suggestion of this thesis. The author states the conclusion of the research, illustrates the innovation and deficiencies of the paper. At the same time, it also reflects the difficulties and problems in the research, such as how to integrate teacher resources, whether the implementation of information curriculum is bound by the property of curriculum,the wrong idea of "technology is the most important",and puts forward some recommendations for improvements. However, information technology curriculum reform is still beneficial, meeting the requirements of higher education personnel training reform.
