Based on the Blackboard teaching platform,this study takes the learning effect of college orienteering optional course students as the research object,and two classes of 2018 orienteering optional course of shaanxi normal university as the experimental objects to study the application of Blackboard teaching platform in college orienteering optional course.This paper aims to explore the advantages or disadvantages of applying Blackboard platform to college orienteering optional course in terms of students'physical quality,special scores and physical exercise attitude compared with traditional classes,so as to better serve college physical education.Through the teaching experiment method,this study carried out the teaching experiment for 16 weeks with a total of 32 class hours.The unified teaching syllabus and teaching progress were adopted to compare the differences between the two classes in physical fitness,special scores,physical exercise attitude and other aspects,and verify the learning effect of orienteering optional course teaching in colleges and universities.The experimental results of two classes were tested by mathematical statistics.Questionnaire survey was used to measure the physical exercise attitude of the two classes.Finally,the difference between experimental class and control class was analyzed.After the experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)It is feasible to use Blackboard teaching platform in college orienteering optional course.(2)Blackboard platform did not significantly improve students' physical quality.(3)Blackboard platform has practical significance to the improvement of students' special scores.(4)The application of Blackboard teaching platform in orienteering optional course teaching can make a good change to students' exercise attitude and effectively improve students' learning effect.This research makes the following Suggestions:(1)Colleges and universities can use Blackboard platform to assist teaching in orienteering elective courses,and colleges and universities should keep maintaining and updating Blackboard platform.(2)PE teachers in colleges and universities should constantly improve their information-based teaching level,build up the platform course resources well,and enhance students'learning interest and comprehensive quality.(3)BB platform auxiliary teaching has its own unique advantages,but in terms of the characteristics of physical education,traditional teaching is still an irreplaceable part.(4)BB teaching platform in the application will also be unsatisfactory,we also need to continue to summarize and improve in practice,so that information teaching better serve college physical education.
