| Parents’ teaching activities are a kind of home-based cooperation activities that parents use their own resources to participate in various activities in the kindergarten in order to help teachers to promote the healthy development of children.Parents’ teaching activities could enable parents to be personally in the kindergarten,to get in-depth understanding of the concepts of kindergarten education,and to keep in touch with children in the kindergarten.At the mean time,parents’ teaching activities could effectively solve the contradiction between the kindergarten and the family,so that both sides could make joint efforts to contribute to the development of young children.There are 275 young children’s parents from the city of X participating in this research as the research object.The research’s discussion and suggestions are based on the current situation of the parents who are participated in teaching assistance activities in Shenyang through the interview method and questionnaire method.First of all,this study elaborates the parents participating in assistant activities as the result findings.There are four independent variable factors :the awareness of participation,the contents of participation,the programs of participation and the effects of participation;and one dependent variable factor: the information gathered from the parents,children,family and the kindergarten.In the final stage,the research puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the parents to participate in the activities of a teaching assistant through analyzing the stand deviation and the discussion of the sample variable factors.Conclusion:1.The parents’ teaching activities get general recognition of the children’s parents.And the parents’ teaching assistants will become a trend in homeland cooperation.2.Parents have a favorable understanding of the concept,value recognition,role orientation and participation attitude of the teaching activities.3.In the aspect of participation,the participation degree of the material is better than that of the activity planning.4.In the project of participation,the participation of conservation activities is lower than the concentration of teaching activities and the participation of large outdoor activities.5.Parents’ teaching activities enable to help parents to improve their parenting ability,the parent-child relationship,theharmonious relationship with teachers,and the willing to participate in the activities of home cooperation.6.The differences of parents’ participation in the activities of teaching assistants on the performance of demographic variables: the overall participation of father’s is lower than mother’s;the participation of each project activity for young parents is better than others;the participation of small class parents is the highest;the performance of highly educated parents’ participation is the best;private kindergarten parent participation performance is better than that in the public garden.In addition,this study puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the research conclusion.The researcher hopes to provide reference for further studies on this question. |
