Kindergarten education is one of the important components of basic education.Since the kindergarten education reform,China's kindergarten education has made great achievements.Kindergarten education is widely spread and kindergarten teaching conditions are changing with each passing day.For a long time,with the help of the Party and the state,minority kindergarten education has made rapid development.Entering a new era,Inner Mongolia has achieved unprecedented social and economic development.Mongolian culture has also achieved unprecedented prominence.Under the impact of advanced preschool education concepts at home and abroad,Mongolian preschool education has encountered new opportunities and challenges.How to develop the advantages of ethnic education and how to make up for its shortcomings have become an important research topic.Historically,the most important education method of Mongolian is family education.Mongolian children receive initial education from their parents and elders.Their words and behaviors deeply affect their children's growth.Entering the modern age,kindergarten education has replaced "family".Under the background of bilingual teaching,parents' participation in teaching assistants has become an important teaching method.Home cooperation has also become an important part of modern early childhood education.Parents' participation in teaching assistant activities and home cooperation can effectively supplement the diversity of children's teaching,promote the communication between parents and children,and improve children's comprehensive quality,so as to achieve the all-round development of children's morality,intelligence,body,beauty and labor.Starting from the Mongolian kindergarten in XXXX city of inner Mongolia,this study uses the methods of investigation,interview,literature and observation to analyze the problems existing in the participation of parents in teaching assistant activities in Mongolian kindergarten,and puts forward the countermeasures.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.Sources of topics,research significance,research methods,literature review and core concepts.The second part is the research status and design,stating the research status,content,purpose,ideas,etc.The third part is the key part of this article,which analyzes the problems and causes of Mongolian kindergarten parents' participation in teaching assistant activities.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to improve parents' participation in teaching assistant activities.The fifth part is the conclusion of this article.A questionnaire survey of Mongolian kindergarten parents and kindergarten teachers on parents' participation in teaching assistant activities found the following problems.First,the problems of Mongoliankindergartens organizing parents to participate in teaching assistant activities include: inconsistent educational purposes and actions,lack of management mechanism and guidance for teaching assistant activities,lack of evaluation for teaching assistant activities and insufficient extension of activities.Secondly,the problems of parents' participation in teaching assistant activities include: insufficient understanding of parents,insufficient preparation for teaching assistant activities,lack of planning,insufficient depth of teaching assistant content,insignificant teaching assistant effect,weak effectiveness,etc.The causes of the problems are as follows: First,Mongolian kindergartens organize parents to participate in teaching assistant activities.The causes include unclear objectives of teaching assistant activities,lack of cooperation mechanism in teaching assistant activities,and heavy tasks for principals and teachers.Secondly,the reasons for parents' participation in teaching assistant activities include: weak awareness of parents' participation,lack of overall planning for teaching assistant activities,low attention paid to teaching assistant activities in kindergartens,insufficient guidance ability of teachers,and parents' own constraints from reality.This paper analyzes the existing problems in organizing parents to participate in teaching assistant activities in Mongolian kindergartens,and puts forward some countermeasures from the perspectives ofleadership and management of Mongolian kindergartens,cooperation between Mongolian kindergartens' homes and Mongolian kindergarten educators.First of all,the Mongolian kindergarten leadership and management countermeasures include: improving parents' participation awareness,stimulating parents' enthusiasm for participation,strengthening the cultivation of kindergarten teachers' collective professional quality,paying attention to the construction of teachers' team,clarifying the purpose of teaching assistant activities,and increasing the attention of teaching assistant activities.Secondly,the countermeasures of home cooperation include: kindergartens use network technology,build a new model of parents' teaching assistants,kindergartens support fathers and grandparents' parents to participate in teaching assistants' activities,kindergartens establish standardized assessment and evaluation mechanisms,improve relevant systems,and teachers participate more in the training and learning of parents' participation in teaching assistants' activities.Finally,the countermeasures for Mongolian kindergarten teachers include: teachers to improve their guidance ability,pay attention to experience summary,teachers to change their own attitudes,change the way of communication,teachers to reasonably arrange teaching assistant time,enrich teaching assistant content,teachers to make use of parents' teaching assistant resources,strengthen the extension and evaluation of teaching assistant activities,etc.
