Research On Medical Social Work Policy In China

To establish and perfect the social welfare system China framework,under the backgrou nd of constructing harmonious society,to carry out medical social work,building a healthy an d harmonious doctor-patient relationship has been implemented as "the establishment of basic medical and health system,one of the effective ways to achieve universal access to basic heal th services.<br>On the basis of evidence-based concept,through a comprehensive literature d atabase,retrieval,statistical information,professional website to collect relevant monographs on development of medical social work and medical social work policy development policy a ccording to the medical evidence,relevant evidence,carry out policy analysis,the present wor k policy of our country's medical social development situation and problems,and finally put f orward the medical social work policy suggestions,make research contributions to promoting the development of medical social work,to improve the health service system in China,to im prove the health service system to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,to play its d ue role.The study found that,after ten years of development,China's medical social work compa red to the embryonic period in 2006,has a certain degree of development,but there are signifi cant regional and regional differences.Shanghai,Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Dongguan,Beijing a nd other places to carry out medical social work is more mature,most of the remaining provin ces of medical social work in the ice and the pilot stage;medical social work the whole social recognition degree is still low,the lack of medical social work personnel,in all areas of social work,medical social work talents fewer personnel construction obstacles;medical social wor k related policies and regulations are basically in the embryonic stage,the policy number,the lack of mandatory statute,health systems lack medical requirement of social work settings,us e,training,evaluation,incentives lack of medical social workers,medical social work service scope,content,the standard requires policy further guidance and support,medical and health s ystem,community Joint support for the development of medical social work is still far from b eing formed.Through policy analysis,research that building and perfecting the medical social work development policy,need focused on leading the basic policy,centering on the construc tion of professional personnel of medical social work,pay attention to the medical social wor k scope.Overall,the paper tries to make some innovation in the research content and research per spective.In this paper,we use the method of clear data of big data to collect the relevant evide nce of medical social work,pay attention to systematic,integrity and timeliness.This paper c onstructs the basic framework of China's medical social work policy from two aspects:the cul tivation of medical social work personnel and the service content of medical social work.
