Objective:To investigate the health status of Nanjing children by investigating the physical and physical activities of some children in Nanjing, and to investigate the environment of the children's residential areas and to analyze the impact of the environment on the physical activity of children.Children's physical activity research to provide theoretical support.Promote the increase in physical activity and physical health improvement. Methods:A total of 206 pupils aged 6-10 years in Nanjing were randomly selected as the subjects, including 110 boys and 96 girls.Test their height and weight, and release the ActiGraph GT3X accelerometer to each subject, measuring the amount of physical activity for 7 consecutive days(including 5 study days and 2 rest days).Use the data to evaluate the amount and intensity of physical activity.(CLASS-C)of the children's leisure physical activity questionnaire(CLASS)to investigate the movement status, home address and environmental characteristics of the residential area, and to study the physical activity of children in the residential area Impact. The results were as follows:(1)The proportion of male overweight and obesity was more than 10%,while the overweight and obesity were better in girls, and the difference between men and women was significant(P<0.05),and the difference was significant between men and women(P<0.05);(2)Adolescent daily average of 13.46min in the high-intensity physical activity time is lower than the recommended level of international physical activity. The daily mean time of the screen and the daily average physical activity time Spearman correlation coefficient was-0.214,P = 0.002<0.01.(3)The pearson correlation coefficient between the two variables "safe travel distance" and "one week total physical activity time" was 0.056,P = 0.440.The pearson correlation coefficient between the two variables of "safe travel distance" and "total number of weeks" was 0.0565,P = 0.448.(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the time of moderate and high intensity physical activity between different safety travel distances(p>0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of children's physical activity between the different types of children(P>0.05).(4)There was no significant difference in the number of children(P>0.05).(5)There was no significant difference in the single factor analysis of variance between F(0.549)and P = 0.581.Walking index and regression analysis of physical activity of children,r = 0.514,P<0.01.Conclusion:(I)poor physical health of children, overweight and obesity, the proportion is too high.Between men and women overweight and obesity significantly different, male obesity rate higher than girls.(2)the amount of physical activity of children is low, much lower than 60min/d MVPA international students recommended physical activity.(3)There is no significant difference in the safety travel distance between the different sexes, and the difference between the safe travel distance and the physical activity of the students is not significant.(4)The type of sports venues in residential areas have an impact on the number of physical and physical activities of children, the more types of venues, the number of activities and activities more time.(5)high pedestrian index children physical activity is high, the two were positively correlated, the higher the residential area walking index, the higher the amount of physical activity of children.
