Learning persistence refers to learning difficulties and obstacles encountered in or outside the irrelevant stimulus effect when the learners to complete the task of learning and continuing to overcome the difficulties and adhere to the degree,it can directly affect the students' learning effect.Whether learning persistence is affected by students'social support and whether it is related to learning motivation is a question worth discussing.In this study,college students as the research object,based on the analysis and the existing literatures at home and abroad,based on higher vocational students,learning motivation and social support on the relationship between learning persistence three,hoping to find the influence factors of learning persistence and learning for higher vocational students to improve adherence to provide a theoretical basis for.This study includes two studies.The first one is the empirical analysis of the differences,correlations and mediating effects of social support,learning motivation and learning persistence in Higher Vocational College Students Based on questionnaires.The second research mainly through the interview empirical analysis of higher vocational students'social support,learning motivation and learning persistence related aspects of the interview.The purpose of this study is to understand the basic situation of learning motivation,social support and learning persistence of vocational college students,and to explore the relationship between the three aspects of social support,learning motivation and learning persistence.In this study,504 valid questionnaires were collected,and SPSS software was used to deal with the data and to describe and analyze objectively.(1)by the social survey of higher vocational college students support the overall in the middle level,learning motivation as a whole is in the middle level,insist on learning persistence on the whole in the middle and lower levels,while different vocational college students social support,learning motivation and learning persistence relatively dispersed;(2)in different grades,students of Higher Vocational College Students in subjective social support,learning motivation and learning motivation have significant differences,high grade students'learning motivation and learning persistence is significantly higher than the low grade students'learning motivation and learning persistence,subjective social support,rural students' learning motivation and learning to obviously higher than that of urban students and students.(3)the social support of higher vocational students,the interest in job hunting,the pursuit of ability,reputation acquisition and altruistic orientation are positively related to the persistence of learning.At the same time,the learning motivation and social support of higher vocational students can both play a positive role in predicting the persistence of learning.Besides,learning motivation plays an incomplete mediating role between social support and learning persistence,that is,social support can indirectly affect learning persistence through learning motivation.(4)studies show that the interview will encounter a variety of vocational students in the learning process of life difficult,but the social support is still relatively small,hope to get more social support;Higher Vocational College Students'learning motivation is low,learning persistence of self evaluation is relatively low,and students generally believe that the overall student grade,and even the whole schools adhere to the atmosphere is bad,need to improve.
