Left-behind children,like other children,are the future and hope of the motherland and need the common concern of the whole society.However,due to the long-term separation from their parents,the lack of parental care and effective supervision,mental health and learning problems have seriously affected the healthy growth of left-behind children.It can be seen that this life state of left-behind children can not be ignored.Therefore,it is imperative to explore an effective method to stimulate the learning motivation of left-behind children.As a professional activity of "helping others to help themselves",social work plays an active role in non-governmental organizations.The intervention of left-behind children's learning motivation is the service process of treatment and development.From the perspective of social work specialty,based on the theory of social support and the theory of superiority,this study uses the method of case work to stimulate the learning motivation of children left behind in rural areas.Starting with the personal system,family system and school system,the author systematically analyzes the influencing factors of the lack of learning motivation of the victim,and on the basis of needs analysis,formulates specific service goals with the victim,and assists the victim to complete the service goal.At the end of the case,the victim raised his self-recognition and regained self-confidence,established good study habits,and promoted the sustainable development of learning motivation under the company and encouragement of his parents,the recognition of school teachers and the support of his classmates.It is found that case work is feasible in stimulating the learning motivation of left-behind children in rural areas and can effectively tap the social support resources around left-behind children while developing their potential and individual initiative.Case work can create a harmonious social environment,to stimulate the learning motivation of left-behind children and promote the motivation of learning motivation of left-behind children.
