The autonomous management of class is essential for the development of every student,which could arouse students' subjective consciousness and initiative spirit,help students create an optimistic,confident,vibrant life with the purpose of improving the overall quality of students.The training of a team consisted of reliable class leaders for the implementation of the self-management of class affairs can not only solve the problem of overburdened consequence of class teacher,but also cultivate the management ability of class leaders,enhancing students' self-consciousness and let students develop a number of good habits.What's more,it will allow everyone to participate in the management,which means all members are able to become class leaders,so that students may share the trifles teachers are usually occupied with.In this way,all students learn to manage others at the same time when they could control,develop and transcend themselves from heteronomy to self-discipline and to self-consciousness,improving the ability of students to explore their potential.Then how to promote the self-management of class leaders is at increased importance to become a crucial subject needed to consider by educators.This paper is designed to investigate the existing problems and their attribution of the self-management of the class leaders in the primary school.Here are the problems in the current management of the primary school class as follow:(1)"dislocation" of their roles,weakness in equality and service consciousness;(2)deficiency in communication,influencing the ability to organize and coordinate for the self-management;(3)lack of initiative and innovation;(4)The limited range for beneficiary may not lead to equal opportunity for everyone to experience the training.However,the causes of the above problems mainly come from:the self-management environment nurtured by schools and families has affected the awareness of class leaders' self-management,and there are still some errors and misunderstanding rooted in the mind of class teachers who are in charge of self-management of class leaders.Therefore,the author realizes the necessity of exploring current situation of self-management of primary school leaders,and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the level of such self-management,system improvement,and the training methods and so on.Hence,this is the key point of the study.hoping to provide a reference scheme for front-line educators.
