Strengthening The Study Of Ideological And Political Education For Minority College Students In Non-ethnic Colleges

The minority college students are the valuable resources of national economic development.They are also the inheritors and pioneers of the national culture.At the same time,minority college students shoulder the mission of national unity and social stability is an important force of modernization.Therefore,their moral literacy,political quality,ideological understanding level,knowledge of psychological and legal is not only related to the self-quality of all-round development,but also related to the future of the nation and the motherland.Recently,ethnic contradictions and ethnic conflicts escalating in many countries and regions,nationalism resurgence,domestic cult organizations and separatist took the opportunity to stir up trouble,illegal forces overseas promote anti party and anti socialist ideology,the minority college students' ideological and political education is facing the unprecedented challenge.There are differences between minority students and Han students in the growth environment,basic education,national culture,cognitive structure and ways of thinking and values.There are also differences between minority students of nonminority college and minority college in educator,by educators and educational environment of ideological and political education.Therefore,we must start from the particularity of the object of study,exploring new ways to strengthen the ideological and political education.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction of the paper,which introduces the reasons and the research status at home and abroad,expounds the research methods and research significance,also points out the innovation and deficiency of the paper.The second part expounds the meanings of minority,ideological and political education,ethnic-minority college students' ideological and political education,and the minority students' ideological and political education of non-ethnic college,and then discusses the particularity of the object of this topic.The third part,through the analysis of the previous research results and the questionnaire data,this paper expounds the present situation of the ideological and political education of minority students in non-minority colleges from three aspects: political view,ideology and moral standard.The fourth part,analyzing the ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students from four aspects,they are family,society,schools and their own accordingly.And in this way,it's better to carry out a comprehensive and specific analysis of the causes of the problem.The fifth part,on the basis of the first three parts,exploring ways to strengthen the ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students in non-ethnic minority students.The sixth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the research results and limitations of this paper.
