Study On Investigation And Strategy In Father Absence Of Family Education

Socialization is a lifetime experience. Family factors are obviously the most important things of the social factors that impact on children. It is the earliest and the most durable thing that appeared in social connection of children, and the relationship between parents and children is the main relationship in the family. However, many researchers in the past all focus on the relationship between mother and children, also a large number of studies have confirmed that the father for the growth of children has a great influence, but the importance of father involvement has not been taken seriously.On the base of existing related researching and materials, this paper present as follows: Chapter one is to put forward of the significance, the methods, the assumptions of the research, to define the main concepts. Chapter two is an overview of documentation, which introduces of existing researching. Chapter three is the result of the investigation. This research selected 3 primary schools of 270 students in grade3. Discuss father absence in terms of daily life and learning, father absence in interpersonal relationship and emotional behavior. Chapter four is the cause analysis and relevance analysis. Discuss the reason for father absence. Chapter five is the influence of father absence. Discuss the impact on the pupils based on the survey information. Chapter six introduced the results and solutions. Based on the summary of the findings from the result of investigation and the questions and the reasons of the current existent father absence, then give the suggestions.The method of this study is the use of literature, questionnaire survey and interview survey, and tried to combination of methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis to give this problem a comprehensive and scientific analysis. The data werestatistically analyzed by SPSS22.0, discovered the problem the father absence that exists in the following aspects: the low level of father involvement, weakness of consciousness of father involvement, lack of time, improper methods in education. In addition, this article explored the reason for father absence caused by gender of traditional attitudes, father's occupation, autonomous level in couples and heritage of Intergenerational family. Furthermore, father absence in the child's growth process has a direct impact on children character, academic achievement and happiness and so on.
