Research On The Development Of Pupils' Handball, Problems And Management Countermeasures

Handball,originated in Germany,combined with the characteristics of basketball and football,is a comprehensive movement project with a set of skills,physical ability and intelligence.Handball has been listed as one of the Olympic Games in 1936.At present,however,the popularity of handball in our country is not high,and the popularization is slow.One of the most important reasons is that the handball in the school has not been well developed and has not formed a broad mass base.Kuiwen District of Weifang city in recent years has attached great importance to the development of handball.As characteristic project,the handball has been vigorously supported by Kuiwen District,achieved relatively rapid development and formed "Kuiwen mode".The "Kuiwen mode" can be used as a successful case in the nationwide promotion,popularization and development of handball.However,the survey found that due to the short time of the formation and development of "Kuiwen mode",there are still many shortcomings."Kuiwen mode" is still in the stage of continuous improvement and development.In order to promote "Kuiwen mode" in a wider range,we must perfect the "Kuiwen mode",.This thesis adopts various research methods on the study of current development of handball in Kuiwen district,analyzes the factors influencing the development of handball in Kuiwen District,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.By using different research methods the first chapter researches the development of handball in Kuiwen District of Weifang City.Through the several different methods,we have a certain degree understanding of the development of handball situation in primary school of Kuiwen District.It is analyzed and explained in six aspects,namely the present situation of handball physical education curriculum,handball league situation,participation situation of students in school handball,handball professional faculty status,support of school leaders and the support of parents of students.The analysis of the first chapter in the situation of the handball in Kuiwen District indicates that although there is a certain degree development,it is still far from meeting the needs of social development.Many problems still exist in the development,such as lack of uniform handball teaching material,the deficiency of handball PE courses,lack of perfect handball league system,the need of improvement of the professional qualityof handball teacher,lack of correct understanding of the development of school handball for school leaders,shortages of facilities and lack of correct understanding of school handball for student parents.Combined with the status of handball and the existing problems in Kuiwen district,the third chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the improvement of management mechanism,the training of teachers,the improvement of teaching materials,the development of the school handball league activities,increase of publicity efforts,the construction of venues and facilities,the change of the traditional view of parents to promote the development of "Kuiwen mode".
