With the proposal of the concept of curriculum resources in the new-round curriculum reform,the experts and scholars in the field of education and teaching,as well as a batch of first-line teachers have conducted comprehensive and systematic researches on it.In the recent years,with the deepening of the understanding and study of the curriculum resources,regional resources,as an integral part of the curriculum resources,has gradually received attention in the field of education and teaching.The regional resources refers to any resources that own local features of native teachers and school and contribute to the realization of teaching goal and the successful implementation of teaching process.Regional resources is with the characteristics of vividness,specificity and easy access etc.The regional resources owns unique status and advantages during the teaching process.For the Ideological and moral course,the regional resources with local features can fully stimulate students' attention and enthusiasm during the teaching process so as to strength the teaching effects.Therefore,it is quite important and necessary to apply regional resources in the teaching of the Ideological and moral course.Shanghai,the hometown of the author,owns large number of regional resources on economy,politics,culture,technology,etc.If teachers can pay attention to regional resources in regular life and then combine it with the Ideological and moral course,which will comes out unexpected results.This article in the Shanghai area as an example,the use of regional resources in the thought political lesson teaching question has carried on the certain discussion.First of all,the author combined with the 3 d object of ideological and political course,in the thought political lesson teaching of regional resources utilization are expounded,the meaning of the first is helpful for students to integrate theory with practice,bring new harvest;Secondly,be helpful for students through the transformation of the mode of learning,to raise their ability;Again,be helpful for students by focusing on community,develop regional consciousness;Of course,in the end,also help students increase the identity for his hometown,foster patriotism.Then,the author put forward the regional resources in the teaching of junior middle school thought moral status quo.Mainly from two aspects of the achievements and existing problems to start,and then,according to the content of the corresponding to the analysis of the reason.Finally,the author theory with practice,according to their own teaching practice and related teaching case,the author put forward the strategy of the moral character teaching by using local resources,which can be divided into two aspects.First use of regional resources,from moral character teaching to develop students' preparation before class,developing the students' classroom lectures,the students' group cooperation study,design,students' thinking questions after class;Followed by the use of regional resources in the practice activities,can be divided into field visit activities,carry out inquiry learning activities.In this paper,the regional resources in the thought political lesson teaching significance,present situation of using and corresponding strategy research,to cause the attention of the general education workers to local resources,regarding regional resources to promote the teaching effect,but also for junior middle school thought moral teachers,especially in the land of Shanghai courses education aspects in the use of local resources to provide some reference and enlightenment.
