Higher vocational education is the main position of real economy,such as manufacturing industry,to cultivate and deliver technical skills-oriented talents,but some scholars have pointed out that the current higher vocational students' learning situation is not optimistic,the learning effect is not ideal.The professional commitment of higher vocational students have significant relationship with students' learning self-efficacy,career effectiveness,professional recognition level and learning fatigue level.Therefore study the status and influencing factors of professional commitment of vocational students and explore the specific countermeasures is of great significance to promote the professional learning of higher vocational students and enhance the personnel training of higher vocational schools.This study uses revised "Higher Vocational Students' Professional Commitment Questionnaire” and self-compiled "Higher Vocational Students' Professional Commitment Influence Factors Questionnaire".Taking the students of Shanghai Z vocational school as research object,through the questionnaire survey and interview,based on the social exchange theory and rational choice theory,to understand the status of professional commitment of vocational students and its influence factors,and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,The following conclusions are drawn:1,The professional commitment of vocational students locates the middle and higher level,but the score is not balanced.Among them,the normative commitment is the highest,the ideal commitment is the lowest,the affective commitment and continue commitment between these two kinds.2,The professional commitment of vocational students have differences in demographic variables.(1)the professional commitment of freshman students is significantly higher than the sophomore and junior students,junior students is the lowest;(2)the professional commitment of humanities and arts students is significantly higher than that of engineering students;(3)the professional commitment of the scholarship students was significantly higher than those who did not receive scholarships;(4)the professional commitment of students who are supported by their family members is significantly higher than that are not supported by their family members;(5)students' family members have engaged in relevant occupations issignificantly higher than those whose families members have not engaged in related occupations in professional commitment;(6)There is no significant difference in gender,whether class cadre,parental education,family income,etc.3,An Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Professional Commitment of Higher Vocational Students.Descriptive statistics shows that the scores of each influencing factor are not high;Correlation analysis shows that there is a significant positive correlation between professional commitment and various factors.Regression analysis shows that each influencing factor has an effect on professional commitment,among these,professional choice factors,teacher factors and curriculum factors have more significant influence on professional commitment.4,Research recommendations:(1)strengthen the guidance of professional choice;(2)enhance the professional support of schools;(3)pay attention to the value education;(4)optimize the curriculum and improve teaching;(5)pay more attention to employment guidance.
