Action Research To Enhance The Effectiveness Of Cooperation Between Small And Small Schools

In recent education,people pay more and more attention to the relationship between family and school.Teachers are experts in the field of education,while parents are experts of the most understanding of the student individually.Only cooperation between the two sides to form the maximum force to promote the growth of students.But the fact is that we found that the effectiveness of cooperation between home and school is low.Parents just became "audiences" who the school was invited to the activities.Therefore,this study takes the B primary school in Shanghai as an example,aiming to improve the effectiveness of the cooperation between home and school through researching and practicing.Many students' parents in the B primary school don't like the traditional form of cooperation between home and school.In order to carry out the activities between home and school better,schools face the real problems of the cooperation between home and school,and actively analyze the reasons,try to create a new form of home school cooperation--"parent-child study tour".Through the action research,we enhance the effectiveness of the new project.This study follows the action research period,such as "plan-implementation-effect-reflection".The B primary school in Shanghai spent a period of two and a half years(from June 2014 to November 2016)in researching by literature analysis,field observation,investigation,and some other Methods.The action research "parent-child study tour" project,in order to increase the cooperation between school and home and enhance the effectiveness of it.This study is divided into three stages.The first stage is the low level of cooperation between home and school,the project "parent-child study tour".The second stage is the high level of cooperation between home and school,the project "parent-child study tour".And the third stage is the cooperation between home and school become series of projects.We get the constructions from the "parent-child study tour" project lasted two and a half years of practice of action research are as follow:The constructions of the project has achieved some success.First,making a new home school cooperation project is very important.Second,it is important to improve the cooperation between the school and the family.Third,ensure the normal development of home school project is very important.Fourth,we must realize to carry out effective communication.Fifth,we must realize to establish a high quality of the parent volunteer team.Sixth,we must form a good atmosphere for learning at home.Seventh,promoting the activities of parents to participate in decision-making is very important.The last,the composition of the education background and community cooperation is very important.
