High School Students' Learning Motivation, Self-management Ability And Academic Delay

The senior high school students are in their special growing period with great changes both on physically and psychologically.They are also in their special study stage bearing certain pressure.Besides,they are living in the special social environment that will give them its special color.According to my real work situation,I choose the following four aspects of learning to study.They are learning motivation,self-management ability and learning procrastination.There are some relative studies these years.This paper stands on the previous study achievement to learn local students' learning motivation,self-management ability and learning procrastination and make some certain analysis with the purpose of serving the teaching.This paper takes a senior high school's students of one district of Tianjin's as sample to do questionnaire survey with 615 students to examine their learning motivation,self-management ability and learning procrastination with the methods of descriptive analysis and variance test.The result:1.The learning motivation,self-management ability and learning procrastination relate with each other.The stronger the learning motivation is,the weaker the learning procrastination is.The stronger the self-management ability is,the weaker the learning procrastination is.The stronger the learning motivation is,the stronger the self-management ability is.2.On demography,there is difference referring to sex and grade aspects towards to learning motivation,self-management ability and learning procrastination but mother's educational background.The conclusion:1.The learning motivation and self-management ability relate with learning procrastination negatively,and the learning motivation relate with self-management ability positively.2.On demography,there is difference referring to sex and grade aspects towards to learning motivation,self-management ability and learning procrastination.
