Research On The Assimilation Management Mode Of International Students In China

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China’s international status,more and more students choose to study in China.To develop the education of foreign students in China and to cultivate the knowledge that is suitable for China’s economic and social development.Under this background,it is very important to improve the quality of education in China.However,as a convergence model of training high quality talents of foreign students,there are many problems in the practical implementation of management,which hinder the cultivation of high quality students in China.This paper from the perspective of convergence management mode of foreign students in China,the management of research and analysis,this paper takes Z University implemented convergence management mode for the case,first reviews the three stages of the development of Z university foreign students management mode,combing the status of implementation of Z university more convergence management mode,and then based on SWOT method analysis of Z University in the convergence of management mode of operation has the advantages,existing problems and development opportunities and challenges,points out the problems in the actual management mode in the implementation of the assimilation of enrollment,teaching,management level,and on this basis,respectively,enrollment,training,teaching management put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
