Research On International Students Convergence Management Mode Of China’s Colleges And Universities

As an important symbol of higher education internationalization level,international students education plays an irreplaceable role in soft competitive power enhancement and international influence raising of our country.With implement of"the Belt and Road"initiative,the consultation,contribution and shared benefits based concept of common destiny community has been worldwide recognized and received which would definitely trigger the deepening in educational exchange and cooperation between China and countries alongside the Belt and Road.On this background,more and more international students choosing China as their abroad study destination is apparently an unchangeable trend which will surely bring new chance and challenge to our international students education.With Convergence Management Mode widely accepted and applied by our numerous higher education institutions as research object,this article has optted ZF-International Student Convergence Management Mode as concrete case.Chapter 2 to 4 are the main contents of this article,chapter 2 is about the development history of international student educational administration in China.Chapter 3 displays the current situation of enrollment,cultivation,tuition and management of international students under Convergence Management Mode in ZF.Aiming at overcoming the deficiencies,chapter 4 has provided some practical improving suggestions from three aspects after analysis in the advantages and disadvantages of International Student Convergence Management Mode.
