It The 21 st century is a century of the ocean.As the last choice of human's sustainable development,the ocean gains more and more attentions.Thus,countries of all the world join in the competition for the ocean.Along with increasing promotion of the comprehensive national strength and the enlargement of international influence,China gives cry for safeguard of the maritime rights and interests.As a country of lining both ocean and land,China's ocean strategy,ocean consciousness and the conception of ocean is in a weak position compared to the west.The lagged modern development of ocean,repression of closed and traditional Chinese culture,makes the culture of the ocean sport weak in the development of the whole culture of the China,and even be questioned.Ocean sport culture is a human creation in the process of development of sports cultural treasures,and is the performance of the return to nature when human material and spiritual life come to a certain height.The call for independent research of China's ocean sports culture has become increasingly high,and the role that the flourish ocean sport culture plays on ocean consciousness,ocean conception and strategy of Marine are accepted.So shaping a suitable and reasonable ocean sport culture in contemporary China is indispensable for China and the rise of comprehensive national power,and it is also a conscious process of contemporary culture.Shandong peninsula coastal cities have the advantageous natural environment and obvious location advantages.The developed traffic,strong economic base and capital supply as guarantee,provide Shandong ocean sport culture development a good foundation.The development of Shandong peninsula ocean sport culture has made certain achievement though its history is short in time.Shandong Marine sports culture is growing in scale and rising in power,and has evident superiority of traditional industries.The emerging industries are gaining momentum,initially formed relatively complete industrial system with complete categories and function,and is equipped with basic conditions for rapid development.With the development of marine economy,differentiation and classification of industries,Shandong ocean sport culture has achieved great success.But problems and challenges are still exist during the development.Such as the challenge of ocean environment,lack of scientific plan during the resource development,weak enterprise competitiveness,imperfection of management system of ocean sport culture,lack of innovation.Besides,the position of ocean sport culture should be raised in the field of culture,and professionals of ocean sport culture are needed.Others are like competitions from neighbor provinces,less attention are given to ocean sports in sports education of school,and so on.The title of this paper is the Study of the Development of Ocean Sport Culture of Shandong Peninsula.The author gives a systematic research on the development of Shandong ocean sport culture,and finds relative conceptions,functions and value orientation by looking for relative materials.By giving practical exploratory of coastal cities of Shandong province and analyzing its current ocean sport situation,the author finds out develop conditions,chances and forms of Shandong ocean sport culture,together with problems during development.Based on the above analysis,this paper summaries the guiding thoughts and goal,develop principles,strategies and policy system of Shandong ocean sport culture.This study hopes to help build a powerful,rich and beautiful new Shandong,and is of importance for the realization of the great renaissance of the Chinese nation and the Chinese Dream.
