With the development of English globalization,English as one of the most important information carrier has become widely used in the many fields of human language,it plays an important role in cultural communication.At present,society,school,kindergarten,family raised a hot wave of English learning.Many parents in order to let their children do not lose at the starting line,early to let children contact English;and many kindergartens,in order to attract more students,in order to increase their educational characteristics,have opened English courses or English interest classes.It is precisely because of this utilitarian attitude,blindness of the atmosphere,leading to many education experts,parents began to worry about the professional quality of English teachers in kindergarten can and the current environment of children to learn English needs to match.Early childhood is the key period of language development,during this period,children curiosity is strong,love to show,love to imitate,because of this,children in pronunciation and spoken language has more advantages of learning.A good language environment,not only to provide convenient conditions for children to learn English,but also the pronunciation and intonation of preschool teachers play a key role in children' language input and output.In view of this,a high-quality children' English teacher team,will lead the entire preschool children' English education and healthy development;the other hand,unprofessional English enlightenment will affect the development of children' English,even to immeasurable consequences.Therefore,it is imperative to establish a qualified English teacher team and improve the quality and level of the teaching staff.The essay uses the literature material law,questionnaire survey method and interview method based on the one hundred and fifty preschool English teachers in Dalian as the research object.It comes from the kindergarten English teachers' quality present situation and searches the reason.The essay carries on the analysis from the teachers' professional philosophy and ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability.It wants to find out the crux and is targeted from the policy system,working terms,development plan,put forward the corresponding education suggestion to the whole life.The goal is eventually to build a professional,systematic and standardized English teachers' team.
