The Group Social Work Involved In Financial Services Research For Rural Left-behind Women

The group of rural left behind women is an important group of social work in china.From the perspective of social work,it is useful for the social work to serve the community to explore the financial services of the rural left behind women groups.In this paper,Yongxin rural commercial bank customer survey based on the use of group work methods in the group of women left behind in rural financial services,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the level of rural financial services,the ability to help rural left behind women to enhance effective access to financial services.A comprehensive analysis of China's current rural women left behind group financial services has the following problems:(a)the group of women left behind their own cultural level low,easily deceived,for the availability of new financial instruments;(two)the bank level service level needs to be improved,infrastructure is not perfect;(three)the government regulation of the financial chaos and Huimin finance policy efforts should be strengthened,etc..Combined with the above discussion,this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of social worker involvement in rural women's financial services.Based on the above analysis,this paper proposes to improve the rural women left behind financial services policy measures from the following three aspects: from helping the rural staying women themselves,improve women's financial skills in rural areas to guide the rural women left behind to guard against financial fraud;perfect the United Bank services,social workers when necessary in the bank,to help improve the rural financial demand service satisfaction of women,women to expand financial services in rural areas to assist banks to deal with women left behind in rural financial fraud;strengthen the supervision from government departments and financial institutions initiative,the corresponding financial regulations initiative government introduced,to improve the rural financial chaos,suggested that the government in the rural areas of some high quality investment projects for financial institutions the preferential tax policy.
