Comparative Study On Operating Machanism Of University Students' Employment Advisory And Service System In Ningbo And Hongkong

As the rapid development of higher education and continuous enlargement of university students recruiting, the issue of graduates' employment becomes the hotspot recently. If it isn't solved properly, the unemployment of graduates will be barrier for progress of our country's higher education and bring bad influence on social stability and development. Due to this, the construction of guiding and serving system for graduates' employment becomes particular significant.The system of guiding and serving the graduates' employment, which is created in this thesis, is based on the key value of people oriented and macro-controlled and managed by the government. It aims at optimizing the graduate's employment structure and facilitates good relationship among higher education institutions, employers and the job market. It is a system to promote the graduates' employment and helps them achieve the value of life and society. The government, higher education institution, job market, employers etc interact and restrict each other within the component such as authority intervening mechanism, incentive mechanism, information communication mechanism, resources integration mechanism and so on.The initiative thought, origination of the title, the research goal and methods are identified in Chapter one. The research situation and results of this program are reviewed.In Chapter two, the current situation of graduates' employment in Ningbo and Hong Kong is spotted. The internal components of guiding and serving system for graduates' employment, such as authority intervening mechanism, incentive mechanism, information communication mechanism, resources integration mechanism, are compared and analyzed. It tries to find out Hong Kong's successful experience and identify what Ningbo lacks of.The followings are discussed in Chapter three: for the effective operation of guiding and serving system for graduates' employment, the authority intervening mechanism is fundamental, the incentive mechanism is the activator, the information communication mechanism is tie, the resources integration mechanism is key. Based on Kong Hong's successful experience, some proposals are raised for the operation of guiding and serving system for graduates' employment in Ningbo.
