With the development of the new curriculum reform,the traditional ideological and political course which teachers as the main body of are also in the new challenges.The classroom is not only the teacher's stage,but also needs to be based on the students' real life experience.Teaching aims to focus on students' emotion?attitude and improve the ability of autonomous learning,more than acquire knowledge.To introduce new standard of these advanced concepts into classroom effectively,we should overcome the shortage of the traditional teaching method,to find a more suitable theme of the current new teaching mode,this paper discusses from two aspects: theory and practice of theme based teaching applies to high school ideological and political course efficiently.This paper is divided into four parts altogether.Firstly,stating the general theory and status of theme based teaching,the research significance and methods,confirming the method of the theme based teaching.These works set up foundation for course designing.Secondly,students and teachers interpret the meaning of the theme based teaching in high school class from four aspects,helping students to sort out the internal logic of knowledge,helping to cultivate students' creative thinking ability,helping to improve student' ability to analyze problems,conducive to highlight the focus of teaching.The third chapter mainly based on how to integrate the theme based teaching,realize teaching goals,establish situations and design problems.As followed,this paper puts forward a series of optimization strategy,in order to better improve the use of thematic teaching in Senior Middle School Ideological and political course.Through a specific teaching case,the fourth chapter shows theme based teaching designing process.We think that in the process of theme based teaching,the teacher should always act as an organizer and guider,and create the situations close to the real life of students.
