In recent years,due to the promotion of curriculum reform,China's primary and secondary schools in the classroom teaching has undergone great changes in the past,classroom teaching methods are mostly teachers as the center full of irrigation,is gradually transformed into student-centered inquiry and cooperative teaching,The classroom atmosphere becomes more lively and lively.However,the reform of the operation teaching is relatively slow,the middle school students to study the burden of overweight,teachers arbitrarily arranged without careful selection of the operation caused by the quality of the operation,there are many teachers on the extracurricular work evaluation is not enough attention.In addition,there are few studies on the study of the system rather than the lack of specific operational strategies,most of which are not systematic and systematic experience in the design and evaluation of physical operations.Therefore,the physical operation of junior high school physics in the classroom,classroom,after school teaching system as a whole to optimize the physics of junior high school has an important value.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,including the research background,domestic and foreign research status,research content and structure and research ideas and methods.The second part is the theoretical part,the first is the definition of the concept of job-related,followed by the use of relevant psychological theory,including constructivism learning theory,multiple intelligence theory,the recent development zone theory.The third part is about the students using the questionnaire survey,the use of interviews with teachers in a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the status of junior high school physics,through the investigation and interview results analysis,from the junior high school physics content,quantity,type,evaluation,The reflection of several aspects of junior high school physics to summarize the status quo.The fourth part is based on the characteristics of junior high school physics and the psychological characteristics of junior high school students.On the basis of previous investigation and analysis,the author tries to analyze the physical characteristics of junior high school physics from the aspects of job content,quantity,type,stratification,evaluation and reflection on the wrong question Optimize the design,then the above optimization design from thepre-class,classroom,after three stages of practice.The fifth part is mainly to test the effectiveness of the operation optimization strategy,the test method is to use spss software on the experimental class and control class students before and after the test results were compared,while the experimental class students to conduct a questionnaire survey to monitor the implementation of the results.And summarizes the thesis and points out the shortcomings and prospects of the research.The purpose of this paper is to optimize the physical operation of junior high school,in the number of operations more appropriate,higher quality of operations,job evaluation more in line with the physical and mental development and the needs of teachers,so that pre-class,classroom,after-school operations to form a whole,Complement each other.
