Research On The Talent Cultivation Mode Of Higher Vocational Education In The New Era

Since the founding of new China more than 70 years ago,China’s economy and society have developed rapidly,and a complete modern industrial system has been preliminarily established."Made in China" has become a shining "business card" for China to join the world,and now it is developing from "made in China" to "made in China".These achievements are closely related to high-quality workers and thousands of skilled craftsmen,and the cultivation of these talents has always been inseparable from the development of China’s higher vocational education.Our country’s higher vocational education after years of development,has made progress by leaps and bounds,on the one hand,on the teaching methods and teaching quality with quality,on the other hand,in the process of China’s economic construction and social development,cultivate a lot of professional and technical personnel,they have a solid professional knowledge and good professional skills,made many contributions to the development of the society.While affirming the outstanding achievements of China’s higher vocational education,we should not ignore the defects and deficiencies in talent cultivation of China’s higher vocational education.Compared with developed countries,there are still some problems that need to be solved.Especially at the present stage,China’s economic development has entered a new normal stage,and the speed of knowledge renewal,technological innovation and scientific and technological innovation have been constantly improved.A series of environmental factors also put forward higher requirements for skilled talents.Higher vocational education needs to keep pace with The Times,take national conditions as the fundamental,grasp the pulse of the market,and follow the trend of The Times to make corresponding changes.This paper takes the talent cultivation mode of higher vocational education as the research object.Through the questionnaire survey form of Yanbian vocational and technical college computer professional teachers and students were investigated.It is found that there are several problems in Yanbian vocational and technical college,such as imperfect classroom management system,difficult opportunities and platforms for students to show themselves in the current training mode,superficial cooperation between schools and enterprises,imperfect relevant mechanisms,and the coupling degree between talent training and market demand to be improved.According to the actual situation of Yanbian vocational and technical college and the relevant successful experience of domestic and foreign vocational colleges,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as to improve the level of teachers and practical ability,to improve the curriculum system,to improve the teaching methods,to strengthen the level of school enterprise cooperation from both the breadth and depth,and to adjust the teaching curriculum to meet the market demand.
