Chinese teaching for minority is an important part of bilingual education for ethnic minorities.Chinese teaching should be devoted to the formation and development of Chinese basic literacy of minority students.At the same time,Chinese teaching also has multiple functions and the foundation of the role as learning Chinese is learning to be a man,which cultivates the spirit of innovation and other functions.Therefore,it determines its important position in the bilingual education of minority ethnics.The cultivation of reading ability is helpful to cultivate and improve students' ability to master and use Chinese language.Chinese reading plays an important role in the teaching of Chinese,so we need to pay attention to the teaching of reading and the cultivation of students' reading ability.The teaching of Chinese reading in minority areas should pay more attention to the cultivation of ability.Through the cultivation of reading ability,not only improve their ability of reading Chinese but also to encourage minority students could boldly express their opinions,to exchange ideas so that accomplish to learn together and progress together.This study is divided into three chapters.First chapter the Mongolian high school Chinese reading status,Using MHK test measurement,we know the level of the students of Chinese reading is good,but there are individual students Chinese reading ability can not get the standard,but this kind of students accounted for only 4%,therefore,the students' Chinese reading ability measurement result is consistent with the practical experience.In the following teaching,teachers should pay attention to cultivate students' Chinese logical thinking and analysis ability,and improve the students' depth of understanding.The second chapter mainly analyzes the factors that influence the Mongolian teaching high school Chinese reading ability from the students attitude towards reading,teachers analyze the reading attitude,understand the students' Chinese reading is not for the sake of utility,and is a kind of spontaneous,free reading.At the same time,the Chinese reading process likes to publish opinions on the reading list,and like to exchange books with friends.Through teachers' interviews,teachers are familiar with the Mongolian language teaching students,and play the students' cultural background and carry out targeted teaching activities.And of the Chinese reading teaching has a positive attitude,at the same time by adopting teaching method,emphasize reading part and pay attention to in the Chinese classroom,as a second language learning has a positive role to guid students.The third chapter puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to raise the capacity of high school Chinese reading,there are mainly improvements to the Mongolian teaching students reading teaching strategy,a Chinese reading teaching play a role of the students.Second,exert the student's initiative,train the student to appreciate the appraisal ability.Third,strengthen extra-curricular reading,expand student's knowledge surface.Fourth,excavate reading educational innovation point,cultivate student innovation ability.Fifth,reform the teaching evaluation method,the focus on the student level and so on.At the same time,the paper puts forward some Suggestions for the management of Mongolian language teaching and the students' own aspects.
